Energy Evaluation of Technical Services Systems
Cap, Petr ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Vendlová, Lucie (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with the energy evaluation of existing buildings sports-recreational company complex in Brušperk. For this purpose provides a comparison of selected fuels as an energy source for the heating in terms of economy and their impact on the environment. In addition, provides an overview of existing legislation for elaboration of an energy audit. To complement shows the calculation of return on investment in solar panels on the roof of one of the objects. Calculation is based on the results of performed experimental measurement. Finally, the thesis presents a comparison of energy performance of buildings simulated in the Bsim software with reality.
Conception of school self-evaluation in process of inovation of the Czech compulsory education
Čáp, Petr ; Dvořáková, Markéta (advisor) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
In my thesis I'm dealing with theoretical approaches of Czech conception of school self-evaluation of quality. I have defined the crucial problem that school headmasters who are in the role of managers responsible for changing of schools, they do not understand the complexity of processes of school self-evaluation. I have described single separate global and local reasons which have led to principle of Quality Assurance in whole Czech educational system. I my thesis I am dealing with conditions of effective evaluation cycle, especially I have described changes of school culture from close culture to open culture of learning organization. Important point of my thesis is describing of processes of school democratization. In second part of thesis I have analyzed single phases of self-evaluation cycle from the democratic point of view.
Humoral immunity
Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Irone ores from the Krušná hora (hill)
Nič, Martin ; Marek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Čáp, Pavel (referee)
Krušná Hora near Nový Jáchymov belongs in Barrandian area to one of the most important localities with the occurrence of Ordovician sedimentary iron ores. Rich reserves of iron ore and easy access to this area was known and used since many centuries ago. Use of deposits laid the foundation for the rich history of mining and metallurgy in Křivoklátsko. The work is divided into two thematic parts. The geological section is devoted to the construction of tectonic bearings, its stratigraphy, mineralogy, petrology, lithology and paleontological finds. Briefly describes the development of this sedimentation area. Self-described history of the geological survey. The history of the use of bearings is described in the second part, which is divided according to individual companies engaged in mining there. Particular attention is paid especially to companies conducting mining during the 20th century. Self-described termination of mining and mine disposal. Attention is paid to the technical equipment of the mine and the current state of the remains of the mining activities.
Morphological and functional changes in the bronchial mucosa in young children with early bronchial asthma
Beránková, Katarína ; Pohunek, Petr (advisor) ; Vajner, Luděk (referee) ; Čáp, Petr (referee)
It is very difficult to diagnose bronchial asthma in early childhood. Starting of preventative anti-inflammatory treatment is often delayed due to the high prevalence of acute episodes of bronchial obstructions in very early age. The aims of this thesis were to demonstrate that in children who are at higher risk for developing asthma we can find some structural changes in the bronchial mucosa that might predict future bronchial remodelling with all its patophysiological and clinical consequences. Using light microscopy we analyzed 14 bioptic samples from bronchial mucosa stained with haematoxylin-eosin from children less than 4 years of age in risk for developing asthma and we compared them with the samples from the control group of 16 children. Using indirect immunohistochemistry we studied the expression of structural glycoproteins of the basement membrane and the presence of inflammatory cells in the subepithelial tissue. In cooperating children we also performed lung function testing in preschool age. In risk children we found initial remodelling changes concerning the basement membrane thickening due to increased deposition of laminin in the outer part of the basement membrane. This thickening was not in correlation with the presence of inflammatory cells in the subepithelial tissue. Also, we...
