Public private partnership

Public private partnership is the current trend, which is used as an alternative way how to provide public services and infrastructure. The aim of this bachelor thesis is introduction of the situation of PPP in the Czech Republic, especially at national level. First the paper discusses definitions, because there is no single and clear definition. Subsequently, the history of this innovative partnership, means of realization, steps of implementation as well as possible advantages and disadvantages are described. This brings us to the core of the work, which analyzes the situation in the Czech Republic since the early 1990s to the present. The first part is devoted to a time before the Czech government came with a systematic approach in the field of public private partnership. The second part describes the development since 2004, where the emphasis is on the issue of pilot projects.

The aim of this dipoma thesis is the valuation of company called Polabské mlékárny a.s. on the date 1st December 2013. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are defined fundamental terms related to the discipline of the valuation. Practical part consists of the strategic analysis, financial analysis, prediction of generators of value, creation and analysis of financial plan. Final value of the company is determined by the yield method FCFF.
Models Predicting Financial Distress with an Emphasis on Transition Economies

The basic aim of this dissertation is to evaluate the predictive ability and accuracy of the existing and until now created corporate models predicting financial distress and verification of multinational force models. Partial goals must be filled to meet the basic objective and therefore the theoretical part is especially mapping models used and developed in the Czech Republic and other European economies, of which the emphasis is primarily on the former transition economies. These now post-transition economies have passed a similar political and economic development as the Czech Republic, and therefore prediction models created and used there could be transferable to the environment of the Czech economy and Czech companies whose financial health and conditions are assessed. The practical part is based on the author's own research, which is dedicated to the evaluation of prediction models when applied to Czech business entities differentiated according to belonging to a particular industry branch. During the models' evaluation the emphasis is on the fact whether they are national (Czech) or foreign models.
Financial Analysis of Benteler Automotive Rumburk s.r.o.

The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate financial health, its development and financial position of Benteler Automotive Rumburk s.r.o., which is one of important suppliers of passive safety elements and other parts for automotive industry. As a data source I will use officially published financial data from years 2008 to 2012, which I will analyse with tools of financial analysis. Bachelor thesis will be devided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes the used methodical aparatus, while the practical part applies the theory to the analysed company. In suitable areas of the financial analysis, company will be compared to the average of relevant industry.
Valuation of Choceňská mlékárna, s.r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. to the date 30th April 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part informs the reader about the methodology used when valuating a company and this information is than applied in the practical. First of all there is a strategic analysis (analysis of both macro- and microenvironment) followed by evaluating of health of the company using a financial analysis. Based on these analyses' the company is found healthy and therefore a yield method (FCFF) is used for the valuation. Subsequently a financial plan is made to be used for valuating using the yield method. The valuation of the company is in the end of this thesis establishing both the value of the whole company and the equity.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial situation of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. between years 2008 and 2012. The thesis consists of two parts, namely the theoretical in which is generally dealt with financial analysis of company, about its purpose, instruments and methods, and practical part. In the practical part individual methods of financial analysis are applied to the chosen company, it is a vertical and horizontal analysis, balance principles, analysis of financial ratios, analysis of net working capital, creditworthy and bankruptcy models, economic value added - EVA and intercompany comparison. Highlights of made financial analysis are stated in the conclusion.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis of Master Bike, s.r.o., company. There were used public data from period 2009 -- 2013. In the theoretical part of this thesis are introduced indicators of financial analysis which are used in the practical part. At the end of this thesis there are outputs of this financial analysis and my own recommendations.

The aim of Bachelor's Thesis "Financial Analysis of EUROVIA Kamenolomy, a.s." is to analyse a financial situation of this company between years 2007 and 2012 using methods which are mentioned in literature. In the theoretical part, there are explanation of purpose of financial analysis and description of particular methods and indicators, in terms of its function and ability to inform users. The practical part consists of description of chosen company and it is followed by the application of financial indicators according to methodology mentioned in the theoretical part. The obtained results are compared with industry average and recommended figures. The conclusion contains summary of important facts and provides complex view of company's financial prosperity.

In this bachelor thesis called The financial analysis of MADE GROUP company a. s. I will make a financial analysis of an external analyst and I will try to evaluate how does the company stands and discover its strengths and weaknesses. In the theoretical part I will describe methodologies that will be applied later on. In the end I will evaluate the company according to the results gained from the absolute and relative indicators, compiled balance rules and economic normals, the results of the EVA, rating and default models and not forget any comparison with sectoral data.

My Master's thesis "Financial Analysis of Pivovar Svijany, a.s., in Comparison with a Rival Company" focuses on assessing the financial situation of the Pivovar Svijany, a.s. company between 2005 and 2011 and comparing it to one of its competitors, Rodinný Pivovar Bernard a.s. The thesis consists of two major parts. The theoretical one outlines the purposes and methods of financial analysis, such as analyses of absolute indicators, relative indicators, working capital, also the pyramidal decomposition of ROE, computation of EVA and finally, solvency and bankruptcy prediction models. The second, practical, part of the thesis uses the discussed knowledge to compare the two aforementioned businesses.
