Cílem této práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. k 30. 4. 2014. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí -- teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část čtenáře seznamuje metodikou oceňování podniků, v praktické části aplikujeme tyto poznatky při stanovení hodnoty oceňované firmy. Při samotném oceňování je nejprve provedena strategická analýza (analýza mikrookolí a makrookolí). Dále je zde zhodnoceno zdraví podniku pomocí finanční analýzy. Na základě těchto analýz je firma shledána zdravou, a proto je oceněna pomocí výnosové metody (FCFF). V dalším kroku je vytvořen finanční plán jako podklad pro výnosové ocenění. Na závěr práce je provedeno samotné ocenění, na jehož konci je stanovena hodnota podniku celkem a také hodnota vlastního kapitálu. The aim of this thesis is to determine the value of Choceňská mlékárna s.r.o. to the date 30th April 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part informs the reader about the methodology used when valuating a company and this information is than applied in the practical. First of all there is a strategic analysis (analysis of both macro- and microenvironment) followed by evaluating of health of the company using a financial analysis. Based on these analyses' the company is found healthy and therefore a yield method (FCFF) is used for the valuation. Subsequently a financial plan is made to be used for valuating using the yield method. The valuation of the company is in the end of this thesis establishing both the value of the whole company and the equity.
