Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku TESS CZ spol. s r.o. mezi lety 2008 až 2012. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z teoretické, ve které je obecně pojednáno o finanční analýze podniku, o jejím účelu, nástrojích a metodách, a praktické části. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy aplikovány na zvolený podnik, jedná se o vertikální a horizontální analýzu, bilanční pravidla, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů, analýzu čistého pracovního kapitálu, bonitní a bankrotní modely, ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu - EVA a mezipodnikové srovnání. V závěru jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější poznatky z provedené analýzy. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial situation of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. between years 2008 and 2012. The thesis consists of two parts, namely the theoretical in which is generally dealt with financial analysis of company, about its purpose, instruments and methods, and practical part. In the practical part individual methods of financial analysis are applied to the chosen company, it is a vertical and horizontal analysis, balance principles, analysis of financial ratios, analysis of net working capital, creditworthy and bankruptcy models, economic value added - EVA and intercompany comparison. Highlights of made financial analysis are stated in the conclusion.
