Concept of behaviorial predicate analysis in the case of sexual serial killers
Drbohlav, Andrej ; Pelikán, Jiří (referee) ; Koťa, Jaroslav (referee)
The main purpose of this study is to create a concept of a prediction diagnostic method for psychological and behavioral prediction of sexually offending acts. The target of this complex analytical method is to classify and differentiate chosen predictors in sexual aggressors from statistical average values and to compare this unique model with the profile of an individual, who is prone to pathological behaviour, prior to iť s manifestation. To be able to find the "causal and comorbidity nexus for early prediction", a profile of a sexual serial killer has been used. The study is built on a hypothesis, that it is possible to anticipate this complex pathological profile with features ofviolence and sadistic aggression in the sexual disruptive person before a criminal act is commited. This prediction is based on comparison of 112 predictors in 49 sexual serian killers (experimental group), which has revealed several equal components (explicit and implicit comorbid nexus). To what degree and how qualified I have performed this task is partially reflected both in the body of the work and in the final summary.

Stejskalová, Iveta ; Pelikán, Jiří (referee) ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor)
All human behaviour and action is somehow motivated. Every person tries to reach some goals, everyone is directed somewhere. We all want to become someone important, to know something, own something. If we have a real interest in reaching a certain goal, if we have a strong motivation, we are able to overcome all obstacles on our way towards fulfilling our goal. Motivation, whether it is inner or outer, is the main driving force which makes us go forward and gives us the strength to struggle for something, in fact, to pursue any kind of activity. 5 Since we spend most of our lifetime at work, the quality of it influences the possibility of satisfying our further needs. Ever since our childhood we are motivated by many inner and outer factors towards the most appropriate choice. The choice of future career is the most important decision of every person. It has a significant influence on personality development of every individual. This thesis deals with the issue of motivation which led students to choose their further studies at the Secondary School of Nursing in Tabor. It also investigates whether this motivation has changed during the four years of study or whether it was confirmed and what are some of the plans that the students have after finishing their studies, concerning their further education or...
