Class meetings as a social-favor education
Veletová, Kateřina ; Trpišovská, Dobromila (referee) ; Valentová, Lidmila (advisor)
This dissertation has a theoretically-practical (methodical) character. The theoretical part deals with the middle age pupilage and surveys all aspects of this development phase. It further focuses on the presentation of class meetings as a new form of the work with a school class. These observations result into the practical part of the dissertation which consists of methodically itemized program of meetings, whose aim is to prevent the occurrence of unwanted social relations in the class. Afterwards, this program was executed by me in the fourth class, in detail reflection was made and conclusions were drawn. I suppose that this dissertation can serve as an inspiration for other pedagogues of fourth and fifth classes of primary schools resulting into more efficient work with the class.
Puppet and the Child in the Contemporary World
Trojanová, Jaroslava ; Marušák, Radek (advisor) ; Valentová, Lidmila (referee)
This diploma work is describing the today's relation of the marionette to a child. Is supposes that every relation is based upon meeting, contact, coming together, communication and empathy. And that is why the today's child does not mostly have a close relation to the marionette which was popular with the children many ten years ago. The child is deprived of a play with a marionette because it has little opportunity to play with it. It has not been given the appropriate space to playing with common objects, materials, marionettes. If the child's imagination enables to revive the object and the child acts with it in such a way that the object revives by the "life" of its own, the result of this change is that the object receives a term - the marionette. This psychic man's need to revive the material causes that the marionette has been surviving for thousands of years. The author believes that if the marionette theatre is played with the children, the rich tradition of marionette play will not cease. With respect to her specification of the marionettes she is referring to a wide offer of marionettes as creative artefacts that the children can create themselves and that they are able to revive. After the author's experiences from the direction and dramaturgy of several marionette performances with the...

I když si dítě částečně jazyk osvojí už ve školce, s dalším pokračováním výuky bude muset počkat až do třetí třídy. Dovednosti které získalo se ale po určité době vytratí, nebude li je používat. Ležalová, Renata ; Valentová, Lidmila (referee) ; Kropáčková, Jana (advisor)
Key words Sufficient child development of school entry, readiness for school entry, delayed school entry, educational diagnostics, key competencies, individual approach, school achievement, school entry, experiment Annotation Even though most of the children attend kindergarten before they attend school, a number of children have delayed entry, because of their in-maturity. This delayed entry is rather increasing. The General educational programme marks out the key competencies, which each child should attain before attending school. Most kindergartens follow this educational programme to prepare children for school entry. In particular, the question is: "Is it necessary to discuss the school atendance competencies with the children's parents?" Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Conception of death perceived by children
Kubáňková, Jarmila ; Valentová, Lidmila (advisor) ; Klusák, Miroslav (referee) ; Vágnerová, Marie (referee)
The aim of this paper is better understanding how children think about the world and what they know about how it goes there. The ambition of the research is to find meanings that children attach to the death. One of the prerequisites of research is the assumption that images of death can not be asked directly without causing undesirable reduction of potentially rich answers. For this reason, Thematic Apperception test was elected as a tool and the children told stories to a pre-selected board. Eleven children, at the age from 9 to 10 years collaborated on the research. As a comparative sample was subjected to the same test a group of eleven young adults aged 19 to 20 years. Stories of children and adults were subsequently subjected to thematic analysis, one category was the meaning of death for actors in the story. Results of the analysis were then put into context with Klatt (1991).
