Impact of conventional compensation to the volumetric accuracy of the machine tool
Žák, Zdeněk ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This thesis solves the impact of conventional compensation to the volumetric accuracy of the CNC machine. It is therefore a practical research work, where are in the theoretical introduction mentioned requirements for machine tools, the types of errors that can occur on three-axis kinematics, compensation for the control system Siemens Sinumerik 840D sl and devices by means of which are these compensation under the work formed and subsequently verified. In this work can be seen the measured values and graphs from each measurements, a detailed analysis of the results and drawing conclusions from these results.
Digital commissioning of a robotic production system for laser cutting
Žaludek, Jan ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with digital commissioning of a robotic production system for laser cutting. First part of this thesis sums up teoretical knowledge of virtual commissioning, fundamentals of laser and laser cutting and system analysis of such a workplace. In practical part of this thesis, the workplace was designed including the workpiece clamping. The design and the digital commissioning itself was mediated by the software RobotStudio. In the programming language RAPID a control program was made and tuned. The workoplace was then virtually commissioned. For easier handling a user interface on FlexPendant was made.
Control units for small EC motors with universal software interface
Vetiška, Jan ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This graduation thesis deals with the design and realisation of the universal control unit for the electrically commutated motor ( EC motor). Was to accomplish the market research of control units for EC motors and compare of parameters of control units with requirements for the universal control unit of EC motors. From the research ensued that on the market it is no unit with the open system which could enable substitute particular control loops by own loops. Based on this evidence it was approached to own construction of the universal unit. For the design it was used the access hardware in the loop a software in the loop. It was performed the design of particular sections of the unit, manufactured the power section and this power part was tested by the help of the developmental and simulation software Labview. Furthermore it was proceeded for the realisation of the integral control unit and for supplementation of the existing software of the control unit about appropriate drivers and it was undertaken the modification of the control algorithm for the need of EC motor. On the end of this project we tested achieved parameters of the control unit.
Robotic welding of hliníkových slitin
Pekárek, Mojmír ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis investigates robotic welding of aluminium alloys. It is divided into for parts, which are a summary of the findings of this problematic. The first part is focused on the robotics and the main distribution of industrial manipulators. The next part investigates about three possibilities of aluminium alloys welding at which two of them are focused on arch welding and the last one on the laser welding. In the third part is illustratively demonstrated the knowledge from previous parts on three various real cases to which is added also superstructure about process modification possibilities. At the end of the thesis is processed case study, which brings application of theoretic information in practice.
Design of control system for belt conveyor
Lauko, Matúš ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Andrš, Ondřej (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with conveyor belt control design. Control system is created in LabVIEW environment. Application uses machine vision for monitoring objects on the conveyor belt. In the first part there is theoretical background. In the next parts there are described design, implementation and verification of created control system.
Design and realization of Tribometer control
Digital commissioning of a robotic welding workplace
Sarvaš, Matej ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work was to process the issue of digital commissioning of a robotic welding workplace. At the beginning, the current knowledge in the field of digitization, programming of industrial robots and welding has been described. In the practical part, a 3D model of the welding cell itself has been designed in the simulation software, then various variants of clamping jigs have been considered, and in the last part, the welding paths for the selected weldment has been designed.
Design of control of axis with linear motor
Chaloupka, Roman ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with construction, connection and control axis with linear motor. The beginning of thesis is focused on principle of functioning and characteristics of linear motors. The following part describes used components of axis, their mechanical configuration and electrical wiring. Further thesis deals with creating PLC program and user interface for control axis in TwinCAT system. In last part is dealing correct software settings of axis.
State of art of - processing signal data with NI LabVIEW
Lejska, Zdeněk ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Kovář, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on state of art of processing signal data with LabVIEW
Modelling of mechatronic system with flexible parts
Kšica, Filip ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the simulation modelling of mechatronic system with flexible parts using ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink. The beginning of thesis is dedicated to the summary of available methods of modelling mechatronic systems with flexible parts. Next chapters describe different approaches of modelling flexible parts using analytical and numerical methods. In the following step, model of particular mechatronic system is created. System itself consists of a flexible beam part, electromagnetic vibration exciter and vibration power generator. Each part of the system is created separately in variety of programmes, including FEMM, ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink. At the end of this thesis, co-simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink is used to describe behavior of the complete system, especially energy conversion efficiency of vibration power generator and its impact on the system.
