Music Files Metadata Management
Saloň, Marek ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and implement application that is able to process metadata of local music library. For this purpose, custom methods were implemented to ease and automate working with large number of files. One of the main means of automation is the use of internet services to obtain relevant information. This work describes the music files and methods of storing metadata, the structure and use of individual services, discusses possible extensions and, last but not least, evaluates the resulting implementation.
Testing of Coverage Path Planning
Krajňák, Damián ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a program with graphical user interface, designed for algorithm testing and complete coverage of a given area. Problem was solved by decomposition of a 2D space into cells, which were sequentially covered. The areas of individual cells are covered in a way, that is selected based on the selected algorithm. Created solution provides a draft of an optimal pathway for robots intended for complete coverage of space, which are, for example, autonomous vacuum cleaners, cleaning robots, robotic lawn mowers etc.
Aspect Oriented Programming
Jonáš, Martin ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
This thesis discuss technique of Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP). Thesis contains basic informations about AOP philosophy, principles and short overview of AOP tools. Thesis also contains practic demonstrations of using AOP for simple examples and complex aplication using AspectJ tool.
Web User Interface for Model and Simulation Inspection and Editing
Šperka, Svatopluk ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This work describes design and realization of web user interface which creates interface to models and simulations in SmallDEVS framework. It replaces native user interface for remote administration and modifications of system running on remote or embedded device.
Real-Time Operating System with Fixed Task Priority for Raspberry Pi
Kolář, Josef ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
The main goal of this work is to create a support for an open-source real-time operating system on the computer Raspberry Pi 3B+. The project FreeRTOS is selected as a great candidate for further work. The runtime environment and support for user-space applications are presented. Two demonstration applications serve as proofs of support, the first one uses two periodic tasks and reports their state to the serial interface. The second demonstration application runds the same periodic tasks, but reporting the state is done using the CAN bus, for which is the driver realised. The result of this thesis is a working system FreeRTOS for Raspberry Pi 3B+ computer with support for time-critical usages.
Algorithms for Movement Control of Bipedal Robot
Pokorný, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This thesis is focused on using softcomputing method for learning bipedal robot to walk. Robot is represented by virtual model. At the beginning are the motivation and reasons for processing this theme. Next is devised shape of the robot which will be used. Then are selected libraries used by simulation. Further is devised system of robot learning algorithms. The most important of them is SOMA which is therefore described more. Due to assumed computational complexity is part of thesis focused on optimalization and simplification. One chapter focuses on measurement of quality of solution approximation. At the end there is an evaluation of thesis results.
Simulation-Based Development of Heating Control System
Tomeček, Jan ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is about optimalization of boiler heating from external sources. I have created a simulation model of Heating Control System. Subsequently, using a simulation model, I proposed possible optimizations for water heating control. The used optimization method was deep Q-learning. The result of this work shows the use of simulation for the development and optimalization of control systems.
Editor of Object Oriented Petri Nets
Kovács, Zoltán ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
The thesis deals with design and implementation of the editor object-oriented Petri nets described by language PNTalk. A PNTalk compatible representation and storage format based on XML technologies will be created. The design of the individual parts of the editor focuses on the internal storage facilities, on the graphical user interface and its functionality. In the final part there are practical demonstrations of the application.
Application of Reinforcement Learning in Autonomous Driving
Vosol, David ; Zbořil, František (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the topic of reinforcement learning applied to a task of autonomous vehicle driving. First, the necessary fundamental theory is presented, including the state-of-the-art actor-critic methods. From them the Proximal policy optimization algorithm is chosen for the application to the mentioned task. For the same purpose, the racing simulator TORCS is used. Our goal is to learn a reinforcement learning agent in a simulated environment with the focus on a future real-world application to an RC scaled model car. To achieve this, we simulate the conditions of remote learning and control in the cloud. For that, simulation of network packet loss, noisy sensory and actuator data is done. We also experiment with the least number of vehicle's sensors required for the agent to successfully learn the task. Experiments regarding the vehicle's camera output are also carried out. Different system architectures are proposed, among others also with the aim to minimize hardware requirements. Finally, we explore the generalization properties of a learned agent in an unknown environment.
Supervision and Control System for a Hotel Implemented by IoT Means
Hockicko, Matej ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Janoušek, Vladimír (advisor)
This work solves the design and prototype implementation of supervision and control system for a hotel implemented by IoT means. The solution is based on ESP microcontrollers, which control the connected sensors and actuators. ESP devices are futher grouped and connected to central point within range. Using this point, MQTT communication is futher transmitted to the cloud. The cloud runs the IoT Core service, which allows to control and store the status of devices. There is also a Node-RED developmnet tool, in which a graphical interface was created for this system. The result of this work allows remote monitoring and control of the hotel using sensors and actuators connected to this network.
