The Decision-making process of floorball players when purchasing floorball equipment

Title: The Decision-making process of floorball players when purchasing floorball equipment Objectives: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to obtain corresponding information about floorball equipment customers through research. Describe their behavior on the Czech market, what influences them and what their decision-making process is, and then provide recommendations for improving the business of selling floorball equipment. Methods: The work uses the method of quantitative research, specifically electronic questioning. The questionnaire in his electronic form was shared on social networks, Facebook and Instagram, and was sent to e-mail boxes of floorball club representatives, who distributed the questionnaire among their members, as members of the Czech league form the primary target group. Results: Research results, Floorball player's decision making process, when buying floorball equipment, tell us about Czech market redistribution of floorball brands, informing us about financial investments that customers invest in floorball and especially when these investments they are able to make. Marketing of the Prague streetball league

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the marketing concept of Prague Streetball League and its marketing goals. For processing the analysis, we used 7P marketing mix, SWOT analysis and questioning of players to find out their attitudes to the league. Based on the results of the analysis, we will attempt to propose steps to marketing activity. We will try to recommend how to use marketing strategies to expand the number of teams in the Prague Streetball League and how to improve the competition as the whole to satisfy players and leadership. First, we have compiled a SWOT analysis on our own knowledge. After the season we got answers from 10 players from 8 teams. Based on the SWOT analysis, marketing mix and player's answers, we found out what needs to be reviewed and reorganized in the Prague Streetball League. The most important points that need to be reorganized are rules and quality of the pitch and baskets. Furthermore, the appearance, clarity and complexity of websites, that might discourage potential players and at the same time to spread the promotion to different media.
Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko

Title: Planning and organizing a sport event in Milevsko Objectives: The main purpose of this thesis is to create a real basis for the organization of the unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics, to find out the interest of the clubs from the Czech Republic for this competition and to describe the organizational strategy for the implementation of the competition. Methods: To obtain the necessary information for this thesis an electronic questionnaire was created. Interviews method and SWOT analysis were also used. Results: Based on the questionnaire, interviews, SWOT analysis and study of organizational strategy by various authors, an organizational strategy for the organization of a unique competition in rhythmic gymnastics was written. After the end of the event, the organizational strategy was evaluated, feedback was obtained from participants and visitors, and recommendations for the competition were written for coming years. Methods: The data have been collected by means of quantitative marketing research. The basic set was represented by 408 attendants. In the synthetic part of thesis the typology has been devised via by methods of k-means. Results: The results of questionary research are presented through graphs in the analytical section. Title: The analysis and the recommendation for the management of baseball club Kotlářka Praha. Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the internal environment (the strengths and weaknesses) of the baseball club Kotlářka Praha and then compare it with competitor Draci Brno. The strengths and weaknesses of the Draci Brno baseball club are included as well. The comparison of these two leading baseball clubs will help us to find out which factors are behind the long-term and repeated success of the Draci Brno club, and whether these factors can be implemented to the conditions of the Kotlářka Praha club, whose main and long-term goal is success in the Czech Extraleague and quality youth work. Draci Brno dominates in both factors. Methods: The main source of information for analyzing the internal environment of both organizations were personal interviews and correspondence via e-mail with the leaders of both baseball clubs. An audio recorder was used to record conversations. To supplement the data, a study of publicly available documents from both organizations and the Czech Baseball Association was carried out. The choice and use of foreigners in marketing of czech volleyball teams

Title: The choice and use of foreigners in marketing of Czech volleyball teams Objectives: The aim of this work is to discover, through quality research, how teams are choosing foreigners, and how they use them in marketing activities. Based on these findings, formulate recommendations which could be helpful for improving the process of choosing foreign players and their use in marketing. Methods: To obtain the necessary data qualitative research was used, based on semi- structured interviews with the managers of the teams. The results were evaluated using comparative analysis in order to formulate the recommendations. Results: Based on the interviews, it was found that the managers cannot imagine playing in the Czech highest league without foreigners. Other than game results, which should improve with the use of foreigners, managers view the players as a goods, which they can sell to the fans through marketing. Choosing to use foreigners is based on their salary requirements, which are usually quite a bit lower in comparison with the same skilled Czech players. Title: Fan response to sporting immigrants in Czech football Objectives: Determining the most common Czech fans attitudes towards sport immigrants. Methods: Quantitative methodology was used for this thesis, in the form of an electronic poll which was made via the Survio.com website. The link leading to this survey was posted on the social network Facebook, in closed groups about football. Data collection took circa three weeks. The obtained data were then processed using computer technology. Results: The study generated unique data which Czech football lacked thus far. Title: Sponsor package proposals for partners of junior Czech tennis players Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose several sponsorship packages so that the sponsors deal with the issue and eventually be willing to approach them. Methods: To meet the objectives of the bachelor's thesis were used qualitative methods of data collection, in particular, especially semi-structured interviews with representatives of Wilson, Babolat and Yonex companies. In addition, interviews with junior tennis players were used. Results: Based on the interviews, it was found that companies did not have much room for maneuvering. Title: Sponsorship of Česká spořitelna aimed at sport activities Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna focused on sport. The result of this thesis is a set of recommendations, which will be a guideline for subsequent decision-making of marketing department of Česká spořitelna for the period of 2019 to 2021. Methods: An analysis of secondary data and their mutual comparation was used in order to achieve the goals. Furthermore an individual observance of sponsor activities of Česká spořitelna in 2017 and the first quarter of 2018 were used. The last significant method used was qualitative dialogue with the head of marketing department and consecutive discussion with the members of his department. Results: The results of the research clearly proved than there is a space for improvement of marketing communication depending on sponsor activities. Title: Influence of Rugby World Cup and Summer Olympic Games on the awarness of FTVS students about rugby Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is detection, if big sport rugby events had any influence on awareness of rugby for students of Faculty of physical education and sport. Concretely, if the knowledge about Rugby World Cup and rugby tournament at Summer Olympic Games increased. And then, if their knowledge about rugby rules, world rugby, Czech rugby and women's rugby increased. Methods: I used the methods of quantitative research in ma thesis. I created two electronic questionnaire through the web site Vyplnto.cz. One of the questionaire I distributed in 2015 (before the Rugby World Cup) and the second questionnaire I posted in 2016 after the Summer Olympic Games. Results: The results of research demonstrated the impact of the big rugby events. The awareness of students about rugby increased. Their basic knowledge about world rugby and rugby rules increased.
