60 English Resume Companies Register proceedings The subject of this dissertation refers to Companies Register proceedings. Companies Register is a public schedule that is responsible for providing public with all required information on the various statutory register, current data of companies and all other requirements enacted by the law. A part of the Companies Register is document collection, where are being deposited image records of all demanding registered documents about the company. This dissertation is concerned mainly with the procedural aspect of the Companies Register and its intention is to clarify every relevant disputable or controversial matter arising before the registration court. Researcher's intention is to bring forward some deficiencies in the register proceedings and to propose their solutions as well. The dissertation is systematically structured into six chapters. First and second of them deals particularly with substantive law of the Companies Register and with current data of companies contained in it, seeing that comprehension of principles of the register is essential for upright analysis of register proceedings. Converter for high-speed induction motor

The semestral thesis deals with designing a frequency changer. It describes general information about induction motors and power electronics, focusing on pulse converters. Based on given parametres, appropriate components were chosen and described. Also, there is power loss calculated in this document, which is used for dimensioning cooling. Also an LC filter is designed in this dokument. At last, there is a printed circuit board designed for the power part.

This bachelor thesis discuss about life insurances of specific financial institutions and its goals is confront specific insurance product, then evaluace its strong and weak qualities against market and potential clients. Main copany will be ING Životní pojišťovna N.V, pobočka pro Českou republiku and key-account insurance product will be investment life insurance Investor Plus. By analyse I am going to find out disadvantages of my produkt against competitor´s products and I will propose its improvement (optimalization) to be more able to compete and more useful for clients.

Analyze of Open Source solutions for a small and middle size companies

The object of this Bachelor‘s thesis is to describe the current software situation among small and medium companies and to demonstrate the possibilities of Open Source applications compared to closed source software. The possibilities of Open Software are clarified in terms of testing and studies. Case tudies show the potential of OSS/FS implementation in real environment. This work discovers the main benefits and disadvantages of Open Software and the reasons for their hitherto small usage.

Heart rate measurement

Bachelor’s thesis deals with measurement of heart rate, its monitoring and evaluation which is relevant for the diagnosis of cardiac dysfunction. The first part describes the anatomy of heart and its activity. In the next part is further mention of the heart rhythm and its disorders. In the bachelor thesis is described several methods that are used in the evaluation of heart rate. The next part deals with the description of the device for scanning heart rate and description of the virtual instruments in LabVIEW.

Implementation of PBN - Performance Based Navigation Procedures to Regional Airport

The thesis focuses on issues of the procedures in the terminal manoeuvring area (TMA) at regional airports. The goal is to provide a complex study of possible implementation of instrumental arrivals, departures and approaches on the basis of the requirements of the Performance Based Navigation (PBN) at a particular regional airport in the Czech Republic (Kunovice airport). The simulative evaluation of the operational impacts caused by the suggested changes in TMA Brno and CTR Kunovice is also a part of the thesis. The last section is focused on providing a generic methodology describing the process of design and evaluation of PBN procedures.

Launching and Operating Issues of Supersonic Business Jet

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou zavedení a provozu nadzvukových business jetů. V dnešní době se v civilní letecké přepravě, po ukončení provozu Concordu, žádná nadzvuková letadla nevyskytují. V dnešní době existuje mnoho projektů a organizací, které se zabývají znovuzavedením nadzvukových letounů do civilního letectví a soustředí se převážně na business jety. Hlavní otázkou je, zda je vůbec vhodné, či rozumné se k tomu typu dopravy znovu vracet. Existuje hodně problémů, které toto komplikují. Tyto letouny způsobují příliš velký hluk, mají obrovskou spotřebu paliva a musí řešit nadměrné emise, létají ve vysokých výškách ve kterých může docházet k problémům s přetlakováním kabiny, navigací, radioaktivním zářením apod. Navíc zákaz supersonických letů nad pevninou letové cesty omezuje a prodlužuje. Současně vznikající projekty navíc nedosahují tak velkého doletu jako klasické moderní bussjety, což způsobuje, že se nadzvukové business jety se na delších tratích stávají neefektivní. I přes tyto problémy, je víceméně jisté, že k zavedení nadzvukových business jetů dojde během následujících 10 - 15 let, i kdyby to měla být jen otázka jisté prestiže velmi bohatých lidí.
