Development of Managerial Skills in the Company

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of management skills development in a company. The thesis is structured in three parts. The first part consists of an overview of the theoretical background necessary for the construction of the thesis. These backgrounds are focused on managerial skills and their development. The second part is devoted to the analysis of a specific enterprise and includes two methods of investigation thus providing an overall view of the issue under study. This section is designed to reveal potential gaps within managerial skills and their development. The final section is focused to formulating suggestions and recommendations to address the identified gaps.
Advertising and Sales Promotion of the Basketball Club BK Vyškov

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing communication of the Basketball Club Vyškov, z.s., especially the issue of advertising and sales promotion. The first part focuses on explaining the theory, especially in the field of marketing, communication mix, advertising and sales promotion. In the analytical part, the thesis focuses on the introduction of the club, its analysis of the current state, the analysis of the competition and the marketing research itself. In the proposal part, I come up with my own suggestions for improving marketing communication to help build the club's brand and spread awareness. I draw on the findings that have emerged from all the analyses carried out and also from my own experience gained from working in the club.
Sales Promotion and Advertising of Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of sales promotion and advertising of the company AD Gastronomie AG, which manages an Irish pub. The thesis starts with a theoretical part, providing a knowledge base for the following analytical part. The purpose of the analytical part is the introduction of the company and an analysis of its current marketing situation. The results of the partial analyses will then determine possible recommendations for the company. Implementing those recommendations should lead to the improvement of the sales promotion and advertising, which would result in an inflow of new customers and securing the regular customers.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a small family business called Bukovský Winery, located in the village of Přítluky in the South Moravian Region. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the researched topic and a detailed description of the selected analytical methods. In the analytical part, the current state of the company is evaluated and its shortcomings are revealed. In the design part, the individual proposals for the development of the winery are detailed.

Theoretical part includes knowledge taken from professional literature. Analytical part takes this knowledge and uses it to conduct analysis of LEGO as the strongest competitor on its market. The thesis is finished by a practical part which takes results found in the previous part and applies them to a weaker competitor – Igráček. Suggestions are accompanied by a budget cost analysis.

Analysis of current state serves for evaluating current situation of the organization, and the last part of the thesis is based on it. The last part consists of proposals for improving the situation, these proposals are using tools of marketing communication.
