The bachelor’s thesis is focused on the proposal of new communication mix in the company Annapurna s.r.o. based on the analytical part. This company is specialized on distribution of advertising printed materials and other advertising tools. The work includes the theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part is concentrated on the general knowledge from the literature. The analytical part includes the analysis of contemporary market situation and the marketing research. The proposal part introduces some suggestions for solutions.

This master´s thesis focuses on a proposal marketing plan for event Slovácké beachové léto. The thesis is divided into three main parts. Theoretical part describes marketing terms, which are based on other parts in this thesis. Analytical part characterizes event Slovácké beachové léto, describes current marketing and communication mix. Analytical part describes also analysis of general and business environment, SWOT analysis and marketing research. Based on results of analytical part there is developed proposal part which includes some solutions for an improvement of marketing and other new ideas for a better process of Slovacké beachové léto. These proposals are described in detail and planned based on time schedule.

This thesis describes the design of a marketing plan for the Moravan hostel, which provides short-term accommodation for tourists and long-term accommodation for workers. This thesis contains literature part, which describes the concepts related to the creation of a marketing plan. It also contains an analytical part, where are individual analyzes including comprehensive SWOT analysis made. In the last part is marketing plan created, including the determination of cost, schedule, risks and benefits of proposals and inspection plan for a possible correction of the individual elements is determined.

Second part of the thesis analyses these environment from the practical point of view. Third part consists of suggestions how to improve ABC company´s business model on the Slovak market.

This company sells humorous gifts especially through the online store DárkyHry.cz The first part focuses on the theory of marketing planning. In the second part, attention is paid to the company and its desription. Subsequently, in the practical part is to analyze current situation of company and a formulating a marketing plan. Conclusion of the work will be devoted to my own designs solutions and economic evaluation.

The aim is revalation of inperfections in current instruments and suggesting news, which will ensure making more visible and competitiveness. The first part consists of basic terms in marketing and communication. The following section research current situacion in restaurants. A proposals of new and more quality instruments in marketing communication and possibilities, how it can be increase attandance and sattisfaction of customers, are introcuded in last part.
