INVIDUAL MOVEMENT PROGRAM TO INFLUENCE FITNESS AND AFFECT BODY WEIGHT Aims: The main aim of this thesis is to influence the fitness assumptions and to affect the body weight of a chosen person on the basis of an applied intervention program. Particular aims involve creating the intervention program, its fulfillment and practical verification, confirmation of defined hypotheses, stating and particulary explaining the differences between measured dates before and after the intervention and formulating relevant conclusions and recommendations.. Methods: The research method used in the thesis was an experiment. Its basis was creation and especially application of the six months lasting training program and further testing in laboratory conditions before and after the intervention. Results: The controlled person fulfilled the training program without complications and in a full scale. The created interventional program involved aerobic activities (running), bodybuilding and other activities (fitbox, cycling, in-line skating, swimming) without adjusting nutrition habits or an eventual diet. The feed-back tests showed/proved that the condition assumptions of the controlled person distincively improved in all chosen function parameters. Requested weight reduction though was not achieved. The influence of specific and non-specific training on finger flexors and shoulder girdle muscles strength in sport climbers Aim To assess the effect of the specific and the non-specific training on the finger flexors and shoulder girdle muscles strength in sport climbers. Methods Six climbers of the same performance took part in the study. This group of climbers was randomly devided into two groups. Each group was doing different exercise. The exercise was changed in the half time of the study programme. The climbers had to go through the training units focused on the stimulation of strength abilities using bouldering and exercises on the campus campus board during twelve weeks, which were devided into two periods of six weeks. Results The non-specific training had the biggest effect on the overhang length on campus board and on the Michailov's test. The average pretest overhang length on campus board for the right hand was in one of the groups 68,3 ± 8,5 cm, after the nonspecific training, the overhang length incresed by 20 cm, after specific training by 11,7 cm. In the second group, the pretest overhang lenght on campus board was 70 ± 8,2 cm, after the non-specific training, the overhang length incresed by 19 cm, after the specific training by 6,7 cm. Methods: The main diagnostic methods used in the case study were: bioimpedance analysis, spiroergometry, WHOQOL questionnaire and a complete health assessment. Discussion and results: The results imply that unless in set case the established exercise program was followed, the significant positive changes in the indicators were observed. It has been shown that increase in volume of physical activity led to significant improvements in overall quality of life of men. Methods Testing of 77 climbers who were devided into 3 groups was carried out on the climbing wall. There was rated muscular strenght by the motor tests and body composition by the bioimpedance. And their relation to the climbers performance. Results were evaluated by multivarite analysis of variance (MANOVA) Results Results of our diploma study demonstrated that climbers with higher of RP (8 and more UIAA) have lower weight (men 69,5±9,8 kg and women 57,7±4,0 kg) and body fat (men 10,2±2,3 % a women 17,4±0,8 %), higher static muscular strenght of the forearm and muscular endurance of upper limbs.
