Description of application of 3D printing technology in the foundry
Polášek, Ondřej ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using 3D printing in the field of production of foundry models, moulds and cores. It summarizes both the blending of 3D printing with conventional production methods and unconventional manufacturing methods. In the case of unconventional methods, the thesis also focuses on types of binder systems and kinematic settings of commonly used machines. On the basis of the acquired knowledge, a simplified 3D model of the machine for the production of foundry moulds and cores is created.
Automatic profile insertion
Pavlíček, Alois ; Zapalač, Karel (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is a design of automatized feeder of plastic "L" profiles to the beginnig of the bonding line LPR400-14/AS. The first part of this thesis contains an analysis of usable design variants. The second part deals with the choice of the most convenient variant and it also contains basic kinematic, dynamic and construction calculations. In the attachment of the thesis there is a 3D model of the whole machine created in the SolidWorks 2010.
Hazard analysis of toolroom workshop
Dubovský, Dávid ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This master`s thesis deals with a hazard analysis of selected machinery according to an actual legislative documents in Slovakia, which were taken over from Europien Union directives. The thesis is focused on exploring legislation related to the safety of toolroom workshop in the Czech Republic and Germany. Because of that was done the recherché of harmonized standards in these countries. Subsequently is made the identification of hazards under recherched standards and assessment of control system based on the performance level of the system. In the end are all obtained data evaluated and the precautionary measures are suggested. With taking care of economic factors are finally proposed the possibilities of the elimination of risks.
Universal Inspection and Measuring Station
Brýdl, Adam ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The task of this thesis is the design and construction of semi-automatic control and measuring station. The station is designed for testing the presence and measurement of the correct position of light guides and seals in the connector. Station contains a tool for testing the blinding of connectors. The design and construction of a semi-automatic control and measuring station is necessary using several types of sensors and sliding linear axes controlled by servo drives. The assignment of the thesis is solved in cooperation with the company Mechatronic Design & Solutions s.r.o. in Brno.
The design of methodology and creating of chosen SW modules for setting and exploring of lathe tools defects using laser measuring device
Křížek, Michal ; Sláma, Josef (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with possibility of a non-contact tool corrections measurement and broken tool detection on CNC lathes. For this purpose was made a methodology for measuring and application in NC program. For testing the program in praxis was used CNC lathe SPM 16 with Sinumerik 840D controller. As measuring equipment was used a laser probe NC4 by Renishaw manufacturer.
Engineering design of 3D printer
Schoula, Šimon ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The thesis is focused on structural design of machine prototype for 3D print. Used technology is stereolithography. Machine design must be easy to built and low cost. First part of thesis is especially focused on FDM printers, because the design of my printer is more similar to them. Based on systems analysis are defined all parts of printer. Next part of thesis describes SLA technology from which proceed another requirements for machine. Second part contains final structural design of machine including necessary calculations and simulations. Another parts of thesis are focused on control system of printer including software, risk analysis and technical drawings of selected machine parts.
The design of sand mixer with output range 5-12 TPH
Bobkovič, Štefan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the structural design of continous mixer with output range 5-12 tons per hour. The work contains a brief description of mixing technology and basic parameters of similar machines. The work is devoted to the design of double-arm sand mixer with a belt conveyor. An important part of this diploma thesis is a 3D model of fundamental parts of sand mixer, as well as its composition. Based on the 3D model is elaborated strenght analysis of selected parts with finite element method. The work is accompanied by manufacturing drawings of selected components and assembly drawing of deposit of mixing blades to the shaft.
moving objects tracking
Bradáč, František ; Gogol, František (referee) ; Richter, Miloslav (advisor)
The thesis deals with founding and tracking of moving objects inside of visual field and prediction of their future position. The created methods combine few approaches for solution this problem. First, the most probable of the static part of the observed scene is created. Then this model is used to detect moving objects. The correspondence of objects between two consecutive pictures is performed by analyzing of motion of these objects. For analyzing of motion of the objects optical flow is used. Prediction of the future position is performed by Kalman filter. Providing suitable condition these methods are able to track the moving objects even if these objects are passing closely or colliding. The methods are implemented in language C++ and their functionality was verified by sample with scanned non static scene.
The design of sand mixer with output range 3-5 TPH
Haluza, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is engineering design of the continuous mixer with output range 3-5 TPH. Mixer is instrumental to mixing sand mixture intended to non-permanent sand forms in foundry. Proposed construction has to fulfill the specified functional requirements and parameters. Parts of solution are also necessary analytical and FEA calculations.
Methods 3D laser scanning workpieces in process plan
Šnajdárek, Ladislav ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Opl, Miroslav (advisor)
This work is aimed at problem of 3D laser scanning workpieces as one of possibility post - procedural verification. After the presentation of philosophy for obtaining 3D shape of body follows diagnosis of the chief components these scanners. After it follows a himself division of scanners and diagnosis single types.
