Hydration of biomolecules
Flimel, Karol ; Janeček, Jiří (referee) ; Kučerík, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this thesis was to apply methods of thermal analysis (differential scanning calorimetry and termogravimetry) to study kinetics of water evaporation from hyaluronan. This approach allowed to determine the changes of desorption energies in the course of evaporation and consequently helped to improve the understanding of the hyaluronan hydration. Thermoanalytical methods in combination with model-free kinetics previously suggested by Ozawa were used to determine kinetic parameters of studied processes. Results confirmed previous knowledge about the content of water located in primary hydration shell of hyaluronan, i.e. concentration range from 0.4 – 0.8 g of water per 1 g of hyaluronan. Further, it was found out that during the evaporation in this concentration range, the hyaluronan gel, stabilized probably by hydrogen bonds, is formed.
ServiceNow Development Tools
Paulech, Matej ; Šlajchrt, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Janeček, Jakub (referee)
The topic of this paper is creation of new ServiceNow development tool. ServiceNow is cloud based IT service support management tool. It is widely customizable, mainly by creating scripts. The problem is that scripts are created via web browser, which is not very user friendly. The main goal of this paper is to design better solution for creating scripts in ServiceNow and implement it for selected integrated development environment - Eclipse. Created development tool should support these operations - checking out scripts from ServiceNow to local workspace, editing them in special editor, updating them to newest version and committing them back to ServiceNow with check that work of some other developer is not overwritten. The main contribution of this paper is created ServiceNow development tool that provides better user experience than existing solutions. This paper is only start of development. It will continue in the future.

Cílem projektu je příprava metodik pro stanovení příznivého stavu přírodních stanovišť a druhů z hlediska ochrany. Bude provedena analýza indikátorů a postupů dlouhodobého sledování, výběr indikátorů a metod bude optimalizován. V roce 2005 byly provedeny pilotní návrhy parametrizace u habitatů a některých druhů. Byla řešena problematika extrapolace a sumarizace na úrovni biogeografických oblastí. Postupy hodnocení CS (Conservation status). Řešené oblasti jsou popsané v přílohách.
Minumum wage and it´s influence on the economy of Czech Republic.
Janeček, Jan ; Poláková, Olga (advisor) ; Chalupníček, Pavel (referee)
The thesis will focus attention on the impact of the minimum wage on economic development in the Czech Republic. The theoretical description of the cause of the minimum wage and its legal definition. I pay attention to the specification of the labor market impact of minimum wages on unemployment, the impact of international migration on wages. The practical part will describe the development of minimum wages will be compared with other markers (average wage, living wage) and will examine the positive and negative effects of minimum wages from the perspectives of employees, employers and the economy. The aim is to look at minimum wage as a tool, which strongly influences developments in the labor market.
Evaluation of psychosocial pressure of nursing work by the means of working conditions analysis
JANEČEK, Josef
This analysis is about a psychosocial workload of people working as nurses. The first aim of this analysis was to ascertain if it is possible to identify such a psychosocial workload of nurses. The second aim was to find out if there is a higher psychosocial workload for nurses working at a standard ward or for nurses working at Intensive Care Ward (JIP) and Anaesthesia -Resuscitation Ward (ARO). I have used a SSF questionnaire (Subjective Symptoms of Fatigue) for exhaustive description of that issue. The questionnaire contains 51 questions and was divided into 3 parts. The first part of the questionnaire focuses on appraisal of the psychosocial workload concerning the assessment of working conditions. In the second part I have focused on the assessment of the workload of nurses and the third part surveys tiredness of nurses. I have addressed nurses working at FN Plzeň (Teaching hospital in Pilsen), regional hospital in Příbram and hospital in Stod. I have surveyed nurses working at a standard surgery ward, standard internal medicine ward, surgery Intensive Care Ward (JIP), internal Intensive Care Ward (JIP), and Anaesthesia -Resuscitation Ward (ARO). My research demonstrates the fact that there exists a psychosocial workload for people who are working as nurses. It has also proved the hypothesis that the psychosocial workload for people who are working as nurses can be identified. The results of this research have also shown the fact that nurses working at a standard ward suffer from lower psychosocial workload than nurses working at Intensive Care Ward (JIP) and Anaesthesia -Resuscitation Ward (ARO). It is obvious that nurses working at Intensive Care Ward (JIP) and Anaesthesia -Resuscitation Ward (ARO) suffer from a higher psychosocial workload. On the other hand I have to add that some differences of the results describing work of nurses working at a standard ward and nurses working at Intensive Care Ward (JIP) and Anaesthesia -Resuscitation Ward (ARO) are not so striking in some graphs.

The coupling among deep brain structures was analyzed by correlation algorithm. The resulting couplings and properties of correlation algorithm are discussed.
Proteomová analýza expresních profilů adaptivních genů u bakterií resistentních k antibiotikům kultivovaných v chemostatu
Weiser, Jaroslav ; Kalachová, Ladislava ; Dobrová, Zuzana ; Janeček, Jiří ; Bezoušková, Silvia
We looked for changes in protein patterns of E. coli cells resistant to streptomycin or erythromycin grown in chemostat in the presence or absence of the antibiotic for about 150 generations using high-resolution 2D-electrophoresis
Oceňování nemovitostí
Nikodýmová, Andrea ; Heřman, Jan (advisor) ; Janeček, Jan (referee)
Teoreticko-metodologická část: Základní pojmy při oceňování nemovitostí, potřebné podklady pro oceňování nemovitostí, metody stanovení hodnoty nemovitostí. Aplikační část: Administrativní ocenění rodinného domu s příslušenstvím a pozemky. Součástí administrativního ocenění je nález, popis jednotlivých oceňovaných objektů, jejich výměra, hodnocení a ocenění. V závěru shrnutí dosažených výsledků, porovnání administrativní a tržní ceny a posouzení odlišností obou cen.
