The coupling among deep brain structures was analyzed by correlation algorithm. The resulting couplings and properties of correlation algorithm are discussed. Vzájemné vazby mezi mozkovými strukturami jsou detekovány pomocí korelace. Dosažené výsledky a možnosti a limitace korelačního algoritmu jsou diskutovány.
