I feel, taste, smell, hear, see, create! Development of sensory sensitivity through artistic activities in pupils with mental disabilities.

The diploma thesis I touch, taste, smell, hear, see, create! deals with the significance of sensibility in reaching visual literacy in mentally impaired pupils. The theoretical part, based on special literature, devotes the first chapter to mental impairment definitions, education of people and characteristics of individual stages of mental impairment. The second chapter deals with the school subject visual arts education itself and its anchoring in the FEP (The Framework Educational Programme), school visual arts education curriculum at special school in Vrchlabí, specific features of graphic activity in children with mental impairment and visual literacy. The third chapter classifies sensual perception and describes the specifics of each sense individually in a mentally impaired pupil. The introduction of the practical part deals with the characteristics of the special primary school, an interview with a head teacher and the characteristics of individual children. The practical part is based on a proposal of a creative project of special education for mentally impaired pupils. Each didactic line is devoted to a particular development of senses: eyesight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Inclusion and art education

The diploma thesis aims at the present situation of inclusion or common school system education in the environment of primary school, specifically in Art lessons. The theoretical part defines fundamental terms and describes the current state of this issue on the basis of professional literature and present laws. The aim of the empirical part is to acquire experience of Art lesson pedagogues working with pupils with special educational needs. Essential is an integration of these pupils into regular process of education, function and utilization of teaching assistant and other specifics of inclusive education. Art education as a connecting and developing subject.

The theoretical part deals with the development of children's drawing as a basic understanding of the developmental stages of the child to better determine the workflow in creating a curriculum or project connecting art education and other subjects. It also deals with the embedding of art education in the framework educational program and cross-sectional topics. Various art exercises are proposed for presented topics. The didactic part is devoted to organizational forms of teaching and the definition of the concept of interdisciplinary teaching. In the practical part, two authorial and one adopted project are then analyzed - art education is used in those projects as a connecting element of teaching. In the Kafkomix project, art education is connected with the Czech language, specifically with work The Transformation by Franz Kafka. In the project The Road to Freedom, students are introduced to the history of communism in our country and to the events related to the Velvet Revolution through visual documentation. Part of this project is also an analysis of a questionnaire survey, which was done to determine the level of memorized material by students. Planning Art Education in Pre-school

Master's dissertation occupies with art planning in kindergarten, meaning the planning of art activities for preschool children. Master's dissertation is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part occupies with art lesson, it's history, goals and also planning of the art lessons. Next the dissertation occupies with general planning in kindergartens and goals of preschool education. Last section is dedicated to development of a preschool child with emphasis on development of drawing and on main features of drawing from preschool child. Practical part presents 2 case studies of art planning by the concept from theoretical part. First case study refers to my own planning and connection of art planning with planning of thematic units in kindergarten and their realization. Second case study occupies with concept handover of art planning to another educator by teaching activities and his own planning and realization in kindergarten. Bakalářská práce má za cíl představit přístup pedagogů výtvarné výchovy k plánování výuky a jejímu pojetí s ohledem na vztah základních didaktických kategorií k realitě. Ačkoliv je výtvarný pedagog vázán kurikulárními dokumenty, nedisponuje učebnicemi jako podklady pro přípravu vyučovacích hodin. Inspiraci tudíž čerpá z jiných zdrojů. V současné době nabývá na významu především platforma internetu, zejména sociálních sítí. Výzkumná část práce proto představí na základě kvalitativního etnografického výzkumu Facebook a jeho vybrané skupiny, které slouží především k inspiraci prostřednictvím sdílení vizuálního obsahu. Ukáže, jaké nápady na výtvarnou činnost se ve skupinách objevují a s jakou odezvou jsou přijímány. Otevřením problematiky tohoto fenoménu chce práce poukázat na možná rizika nekritického přijímání sdíleného obrazového materiálu, ale také na pozitiva, která v tomto kontextu současná doba přináší. Praktická část práce předkládá několik vybraných úkolů prezentovaných na sociálních sítích v autorském přepracování. Safe Space in Art Drama Classes

The central theme of the bachelor's thesis is a safe space. It is a phenomenon that permeates the entire pedagogical process and is an essential part of it, as it creates suitable conditions for the fulfillment of educational goals. It is also a prerequisite for a personality growth that leads not only to personal happiness and a fulled life, but implicitly also to a better functioning of the whole society. The aim of the work is to map in detail the principles and possibilities of safe space through art creation (Art education) together with dramatization (Drama education). Thanks to this connection, the potential of artistic and dramatic expression can be used as a specific way of self-expression, exploring one's inner self and one's relationship to the surrounding world. Dramatic play is also a suitable means of inducing an authentic experience, during which personality grows naturally. The term Art Drama as an interdisciplinary subject where both Visual Art and Drama education intersect. In the didactic part, based on the acquired knowledge, an artistically dramatic thematic series with a selected topic - Enviroment - is compiled. Didactic transformation uses three educational units of aArt education and contextualizes current trends in society and modern Art.
EU legislative process during and after Brexit.

The aim of this thesis is description of the EU legal process during and after Brexit. The thesis includes description of functioning of European Union institutions. Also, there is a description of the legislative process, a description of the course of the referendum on Brexit and a summary of the impacts, especially the economic ones. One of main themes of the practical part is the analysis of changes that will occur in institutions after the departure of Great Britain - what will be the new composition and what specific changes will happen here. In the practical part, the research question was set: How will the failure of the British mandate influence the course of voting in the EU Council? For finding answer on the research question, was made an analysis of legal acts which was approved by the ordinary legislative procedure 2014-2018. There is a special focus on the UK position during the vote analysis. The analysis is based on data that comes from the EU portal, which allows access to EU law - Eur-lex.europa.com. Data was collected and divided by reference years and by the country's position.
Connection between film and visual art in the 1st half of the 20th century

Jouzová, T.: Connection between film and visual art in the 1st half of the 20th century, [Master thesis], Prague 2017-Charles University, Faculty of Education, Department od Art Education, , 150p. (Attachments: art work of pupls and my own work on DVD) Master thesis is focused on connection between visual art and film in the1st half of the 20th century from the perspective of art history and film history and theory of filmu. It deals with significant art and cinematic styles, trends and lines which connects the sphere of film and visual art. I enrich the historical context through etymological point of view on the modern art and I use subjective associations to this etymological contexts. The mutual content, stylistic and artistic bases are substantiated by the examples of visual artists interested in making movies. In the theoretical text are indicated some didactic subtopics related to the subscribed topics out of artistic view. Some of these inserts can be used separately, some of these are connected to the didactical part of the work. There are the projects linking art and film production in a historical context.
