Professional morale of teachers of kindergartens

This thesis is devoted to professional ethics teachers in kindergarten. It focuses on ethics and associated teaching profession. The theoretical part includes clarification of the theoretical concepts, such as ethics and morality. Describes the changes in history in the education of childcare, in the approach to the theory of education and the educator requirements. The practical part includes the research investigation, which focuses on the views of teachers and the general public on the professional morality associated with the creation of a code of ethics for teachers. Part of the research part is a description of the methods that were used to meet objectives. Also includes the interpretation of the data, and finally, evaluate the position of the public and of teachers to professional ethics educator with views on the content of the proposal for a code of ethics. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the evidence and circumstances, which have been identified in the course of the investigation.

Nursery school as public service

The topic of graduation work "Nursery school as public service" is to find out and map how the sence from the framework educational programme "provision ofpre-school education according to the school educational act is a public service" was accepted by experts, pre-school pedagogues/teachers and also by parents whose children attend a nursery school. The theoretical part deals with explanation of terms such as service, public service, education as a public service. It also focuses on historical and current view on nursery school as a facility providing ecuation. In the research part the final work concentrates on analysis and comparison of views on explored formulation at particular groups ofrespondents. Problematics of three-year old children adaptation to kindergartens

The diploma thesis refers to a specific question of a kindergarten adaptation of three-year old children. The theoretical part covers the characteristics of a three-year old child from the point of view if his/her development level, necessaries of life, socialization, and psychic stability, and studies the coherence between the above-mentioned characteristics and the child's adaptation to a kindergarten. The practice-oriented part maps the most common problems with adaptation of three-year old children and compares the level of successful adaptation of three-year old children in homogenous and heterogeneous classes. Furthermore, this part studies also the interval of child's adaptation to his/her family, mainly the organizational and relationship changes. In the conclusion, the reasoning about possibilities of further use of this study for kindergarten teachers takes place.

Having Respect for World View Orientation of a Child and His Family in Kindergartens

Diplomová práce se zabývá respektováním světonázorové orientace rodin, jejichž děti navštěvují mateřskou školu, kam si přinášejí své tradice, zvyky a rituály vyplývající z odlišného sociokulturního zázemí i určitého náboženství. Hledá hranice respektu k těmto odlišnostem a uznávané normy v České republice. A zároveň je propojena s interkulturní edukací. V teoretické části přibližuje nejrozšířenější náboženství v České republice a nejpočetnější národnostní menšiny žijící na našem území. Okrajově se zabývá také tzv. sektami. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání a hledání přístupů učitelek mateřských škol k těmto dětem, na vzdělávání pedagogů v otázkách světonázorové orientace a pohled rodičů na tyty otázky. Abstract This thesis deals with a respect for world view aspects of the families, whose children attend kindergartens, where their traditions, customs and rituals resulting from a different social and cultural background and also their particular religions are brought to. It looks for a limit of respecting these diferences and accepted standards in the Czech Republic. This thesis is put through the cross-cultural education. TV Serial as a Social Medium

Divided into a theoretical and practical part, this master's thesis is concerned with TV serials as a social medium. The theoretical part introduces some of the theories of postmodern times (Baudrillard, Virilio, Lipovetsky, Bauer and Bauman), further it analyses the concepts related to media communication and their interrelations (Thompson, Jirák, Köpplová, Berger, Luckmann, Burton, Barhes) in oder to provide a theoretical framework for the analysis of the particular TV serial "Sex and the City" in the practical part of the thesis. With respect to the serial character and content it includes also a gender perspective.
