The Role of the Public Prosecutor in the Court Proceedings Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to comprehensively analyze issue of the public prosecutor and its role, especially in the court proceedings. The reason for my research is my personal interest regarding criminal law and problematics of the public prosecutors in general, as well as, in my opinion, the great importance of such topic, especially in the context of a long-term expert discussion on the considered conceptual changes of the relevant Czech legislation - the Criminal Procedure and the Public Prosecution Act. The thesis is composed of four major chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of role of the public prosecutors. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis and further the historical development and transformation of bodies of public action in two different legal systems - common law and civil law. Chapter Two provides an outline of Czech, French, English and Welsh, U.S. and international bodies of the public action, their placement in the system of national legal systems, organization and scope of activities. Energy saving of large objects

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the economical measures using own heat and power production using cogeneration units, use of renewable resources to partially cover the consumption of objects, reduction of thermal losses by evaporation in the outdoor swimming pool and overall increase of waste heat utilization by exchanger heat exchangers from flue gas and heat from waste water.

This thesis aims to find solution that deals with excess energy produced by solar systems. Main point in this Bachelor's thesis is to solve off-grid solar power system that is completely self-sufficient. Introduction examines how solar panels works and the best weather conditions of operating. Analytics part of this thesis focuses on basic information about types of power accumulation with their advantages and disadvantages. Practical part proposes system used and also mathematical solution of solar system.

Basics of Qualitative Theory of Linear Fractional Difference Equations

Tato doktorská práce se zabývá zlomkovým kalkulem na diskrétních množinách, přesněji v rámci takzvaného (q,h)-kalkulu a jeho speciálního případu h-kalkulu. Nejprve jsou položeny základy teorie lineárních zlomkových diferenčních rovnic v (q,h)-kalkulu. Jsou diskutovány některé jejich základní vlastnosti, jako např. existence, jednoznačnost a struktura řešení, a je zavedena diskrétní analogie Mittag-Lefflerovy funkce jako vlastní funkce operátoru zlomkové diference. Dále je v rámci h-kalkulu provedena kvalitativní analýza skalární a vektorové testovací zlomkové diferenční rovnice. Výsledky analýzy stability a asymptotických vlastností umožňují vymezit souvislosti s jinými matematickými disciplínami, např. spojitým zlomkovým kalkulem, Volterrovými diferenčními rovnicemi a numerickou analýzou. Nakonec je nastíněno možné rozšíření zlomkového kalkulu na obecnější časové škály.

Quantification accuracy of abrasive process

In this work, there is described an abrasive process including technological terms with an identification of motions and a speed of grinding. Then there are described abrasive tools, machines, their distribution and description. Further technological factors on accuracy of abrasive process and some reached parameters of the accuracy and their statistic interpretation.

Integration of claim system into data warehouse of Česká pojišťovna

The thesis deals with integration of claim system (APH) into DWH of Česká pojišťovna. Aim of the thesis is characteristic and introduction of all the activities that need to be done to make the claim system integrated. Main goal is to analyze source data, to propose logical model of individual DWH layers, to analyze and to design specific mappings and to test defined transformations. The thesis is divided into three logical parts. In the first part there is the general theoretical definition of BI/DWH. The second part presents methods, principles, tools and techniques used in BI/DWH department of Česká pojišťovna, there is also realized characteristic of claim system, and finally this part is about presentation of the basic characteristics of the project Integration of claim system into DWH of Česká pojišťovna. The last part of the thesis is devoted to integration of the claims into all layers of company´s DWH, this means that there is done an analysis of the source data, design of logical model, analysis and design of specific mappings and testing. Author of the thesis was personally involved in the project, because of the fact that he cooperated on the analytical part of the project. Author´s contribution consists in comprehensive elaboration of the subject of the thesis, but mainly in the presentation of analytical and other activities, which the author implemented by himself, or participated in them.
