Part of the work is devoted general orientation the assembly plant, another part is devoted itself alternative solutions design variants and selection of appropriate alternative solutions. The reset of this work is 3D model of plant.

This Bachelor thesis deals with design and technical elaboration of positioning table for a 3D optical profiler, which is supposed to enable linear translation in two axes and tilting in two identical axes. Research of contemporary available solutions is made. Design priorities are precision of translation and tilt adjustment and achieving as low structure as possible.

Small snow cutters

The bachelor thesis deals with the subject of snowblowers. It describes their origin, evolution a current applications. It presents development and technical details of all snowblower sizes, ranging from smallest ones, driven manually by operating personal, to the largest, attached to the trains. The work explains modern hybrid snowblower powertrain. The combination of gasoline and electric engine proves to achieve substantial reduction of fuel consumption at unaffected efficacy of snow removal. The second part of work deals with our proposed novel method of snow removal, which employs its volume compression. A series of experiments were done in order to establish the relation between the exerted force and resulted compression of snow of various initial mass density. We have found that pressure smaller than 0,5 MPa is capable in average to reduce the snow volume to 45% of the initial value.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with construction of the impurities discharge arrangement for the settlement tanks. The thesis consists of several concurring parts. First part addresses current situation of surface wiping solution. Second part contains proposal of several solution options. Third part deals with construction solution of chosen variant. In the following part are figured out load parameters. Last part of thesis is dedicated to visualization and description of kinematics discharge arrangement.

Design of injection mould for plastic component of spinning machine

Bachelor’s labour is concerned about present knowledge with injection moulding in first chapter, focused on machines forms, kinds of moulding materials. It also deals with technology of holding form temperature. In second chapter it engages with analysis and problem definition. Third part limits objectives of fourth part, form construction. There are single parts of moulding form closely described. Last chapter estimates construction based on it’s realization.
