Leoš Janáček - Opera performance

This master´s thesis refers about life and work of Leoš Janáček and also on the other hand about his music works. Janáček´s whole life is also mentioned for better understanding of him, his personality and his own music. Leoš janáček´s opera performances are viewed there in three ways - in the view of circumstancesof its origin, in the view of its content and in the view of enumeration of scenic cast of singers during the appearance of his performances in Brno and Prague.
The musical Events in Ghetto Terezín, the Analysis of Four Songs

Master´s thesis is dividig for two basic parts - at first Music events in ghetto Terezín and second part is calling Pavel Haas. At first part we found chapters discoursing about history ciradel Terezin, about daily operations in ghetto. At two last chapters is writing about music events in Terezín and tehre are adding short biographies of the most important czech Jewisch musicians ( Karel Berman, Gideon Klein, Karel Ančerl, Hans Krása, Viktor Ullman). At second part is writing about Pavel Haas live and his music work. For example in special chapter we can reading about his meeting with Leoš Janáček. Atanother else we can read about his music maturing, or his problems before departure to Terezín.At last chapter we found analysis Haas Four songs, his one of masterpices writing in ghetto.

The early operas of Richard Wagner

This bachelor thesis discusses the life and works of Richard Wagner and his first three operas which depict the musical and dramatic developments of early Wagner.The works being analysed are; his romantic opera Die Feen, his Das Liebesverbot which was influenced by Opéra Comique and his tragic opera Rienzi. Wagner worked on these during the time period from 1833 to 1842. I could not omit Wagner?s first unfinished opera Die Hochzeit which I also discuss in this thesis. In this work I observe these operas from several view-points ? historical, musically?dramatic form and dramatic content.

This essay is about development of minimalist music. The other part is about Philip Glasses compositions, his compositional progression and his way to theater. Final part is about opera Einstein on the Beach, which is the first opera by Philip Glass. There is summary of musical components which are used in Einstein on the Beach, libretto with czech translation, description of scenes and finally harmonic and formal design of the whole piece.

Richard Wagner - Flying Dutchman

This bachelor´s thesis discusses on the one hand about life, philosophy, religion and work of Richard Wagner and on the other hand about land-mark of his creative progress that is represented by his fourth opera Flying Dutchman. In this thesis Wagner´s life is time made provision for possible comparison with time period of the Flying Dutchman character which is seven years. Then his life philosophy is highlighted for easier understanding of him and his music. This thesis looks on the opera Flying Dutchman from three views - the scenic content, the form and by analysis of all characters in light of role understanding and scenic fit. At the end of this thesis there are represented facts and hypothesis that both these persons, i.e. Richard Wagner and the Flying Dutchman, identify from the view of life experiences and possibility of rescue.
Advertising and it´s perception by young people

This labour deals with advertising and it's perception by young people. Firs part gives a summary of theoretical data - place of advertising in the whole marketing, positives and negatives of advertising, cognitive perception and questionare research. Second part analyzes the reasearch. It results in fact that young people have a strongly negative relation to advertising. All pieces of knowledge are summed up in the end.
