Business plan - suggestion for the use of premises owned by the town of Rozmital pod Tremsinem

Business plan should be a key document accompanying a start of any business or business project. However, it is very often omitted by entrepreneurs. The aim of the thesis is to write up a business plan for operation of sports and wellness center "eSko" in Rozmital pod Tremsinem and to evaluate its viability. The business plan was completed based on survey and knowledge of local environment. It consits of set goals, strategies, suggested services, description of the market, human resources plan, marketing plan, pricing strategy, financial plan, SWOT analysis and description of possible risks.

Business plan of energy plantation

The aim of the dissertation is to create the clear directions for setting up of the business plan and to create also the real business plan of the short rotation energy plantation. The dissertation consists of two main parts. The theoretical part describes the structure of the business plan and the principles for setup, the application part contains the real business plan of the planting short rotation coppices, which could be used both as a decision tool for realization of this project in practice and as the documentation for an application for a bank loan. The business plan mentions the market opportunity, the description of the woody species, the technology of founding, growing and harvesting of the plantation, the financial plan, SWOT analysis and possible risks with suggestions for solutions.

Causes of the enterprise failure in the case of small-scale and middle sized enterprises.

This bachelor's thesis analyses possible causes of the enterprise failure in the case of small-scale- and middle sized enterprises. Variety of available and relevant researches were used in order to cover this topic properly, mainly the CSO(Czech Statistical Office) and the EC(Economic Chamber). Furthemore the own author's experience in this field was taken into account. This thesis was beeing processed in the time of the World Economic Crisis and therefore it partially also deals with this current issue. Firstly, the intention of this Bachelor's thesis is to avaluate possible causes and secondly to suggest conceivable sollution. However, the main goal is to draw the attention to potential impediments which could be unpleasantly surprising to the starting enterpriser and therefore should be as such bewared for the sake of avoiding needless problems.

The main subject of the Bachelor's paper is elaboration and evaluation of business plan for real project. First part is theoretical description of business plan structure and necessary indicators for evaluation. The second part is practical and is aimed at elaboration an evaluation of the project.

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout základní prvky komunikační strategie vznikajícího Institutu rozvoje podnikání. Především jasné stanovení poslání společnosti a její vize. Podstatná je příprava koncepce manuálu jednotného vizuální stylu, navržení loga společnosti a dalších prvků firemního stylu. Stručný manuál upraví pravidla pro používání značky. Práce si klade za cíl vymezit proces komunikace s jednotlivými relevantními cílovými skupinami a určit zásady práce s médii, která v dnešní době mají značný vliv na fungování podniku.

Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců v mezinárodní společnosti

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem této práce je provést analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců v konkrétní mezinárodní společnosti a odhalit potenciální zdroje nespokojenosti. Návazným cílem je navrhnout možná opatření, která by mohla tyto nedostatky odstranit a zvýšit pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. Teoretické východisko této práce obsahuje vymezení pojmu pracovní spokojenost a dále se zaměřuje především na jednotlivé teorie pracovní spokojenosti a motivace. V této části jsou taktéž popsány konkrétní faktory, které mají vliv na pracovní spokojenost. V další části této práce byl popsán metodický postup, který byl použit k rozboru pracovní spokojenosti. Popsána byla metoda získání dat i postup jejich zpracování. V praktické části byla učiněna charakteristika respondentů a zkoumané instituce. Následuje analýza výsledků šetření a návrh možných opatření.
