EX/POSITION
Brinzová, Marianna ; Zálešák, Jan (referee) ; Artamonov, Vasil (advisor)
The diploma work titled Ex/position is a project, exhibition, intervention of space, which determined itself as the topic and object of its research (analysis and interest). The Ex/position is an exhibition about an exhibition, a project about a project and a reflection about a context. The main output of the thesis is a curatorial project created in the concept of collaborative practice. The result of it is a collective work in the form of an exhibition. The thesis as a temporary gallery installation is created on the basis of the curatorial and as well authorial concept in collaboration with other authors. They were ideologically, formally, creationally involved in the collective work. The Ex/position reflects these topics: collaboration, the essence of the particular media and their contemporary intermediality, the relation between author and author, author and curator (and their blending) and the creation process of an exhibition.
Triumph of Ugliness
Kolářová, Monika ; Zálešák, Jan (referee) ; Houser, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor theses is my engagement with phenomenon of body, focused on the theme of beauty and ugliness. Through the Dionysian body type I am trying to capture the weight of physical imperfections. In contrast with the delicacy and subtlety glaze paintings I am trying to achieve a balance between the representatives of the general phenomenon of beauty and ugliness.
A Prayer for Something That is Departing
Belzová, Denisa ; Havlík, Vladimír (referee) ; Zálešák, Jan (referee) ; Rozbořil, Blahoslav (referee) ; Stratil, Václav (advisor)
The aim of the dissertation is to interpret genius loci of the industrial and periphery landscape in painting and photography. Symbolic aspects originating from the atmosphere of the place are analyzed on the basis of concrete artists, works and resources. Another aim of the dissertation is to map contemporary Czech artists. Their works are put into context with roots in the arts history and with foreign artists. Apart from paintings, the photographic works are discussed. However, only names and works that can illustrate the concerned content areas have been selected.

Zálešák, Jiří ; Balaštíková, Radka (referee) ; Koch, Miloš (advisor)
This bacherlor thesis cointains a proposal and modification of information system for the company. Base on the analysis made by ourself, we should propose required measures, that should helps company operates simpler and more effective. Problems, what we look into incomporate proceses in the company link to information system of the company.
Introspection

The main theme of my work is introspection. I watch their perceptions with which the work in pictures. Feelings are based on the most intense experiences of the landscape that makes you aware of herself and time, whether it is the past and its memories or related to the presence and subsequent future. These dimensions of time and awareness of their role in it processed in a larger format paintings, which is represented in the landscape, figure, or a fragment thereof and an artifact that link to memories of childhood. Furthermore, I come from the ideas of Thomas Moore contained in the Book of the soul with which I agree. In small format displays philosophical and psychological ideas of the author, based on generally accepted theories of human psychology. Moore Certain considerations addressed in the analysis of the images of themselves, but they are also generally applicable. Processing internal processes so that the audience for them to install their own.

Konstrukční trendy u vinohradnických traktorů
Zálešák, Jan
The bachelor thesis deals with the construction and construction trends of vineyard tractors. The aim of the thesis is to give an overview of the used vineyard tractors and their parameters. From the literature review, information on vineyard tractors, their history, characteristics, activities for which the vineyard tractor is used, comparison with conventional tractors, tractor engines, transmissions, hydraulic elements, suspension devices, cabs and other design trends and elements used in vineyard tractors are selected. The thesis is also interested in higher automation that will facilitate and improve the efficiency of work in viticulture. The conclusion of the thesis provides a comparison of selected output parameters and advantages and disadvantages of vineyard tractors of selected manufacturers.
Sterile neutrino physics at NOvA experiment.
Králik, Róbert ; Soustružník, Karel (advisor) ; Zálešák, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Sterile neutrino physics at NOvA experiment Author: Róbert Králik Institute: Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics Supervisor: RNDr. Karel Soustružník, Ph.D., Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics Abstract: NOvA sterile neutrinos search via neutral current (NC) disappearance analysis is moving to a two-detector fit method to be able to fit to a wider range of sterile neutrino oscillations parameters. This introduces among other things a bigger contribution of the neutrino flux systematic uncertainty, which currently makes up the largest overall uncertainty for the ongoing NC disappearance anal- ysis. This thesis focuses on reducing this uncertainty and looks for different ways of making a more precise prediction of the neutrino flux. We point out Horn-Off analysis as the base for doing so and describe the production of a new Horn-Off simulation and the analysis of the Horn-Off results. We were not able to draw any conclusions that would reduce the NC disappearance systematic uncertainty, but the results showed herein can be helpful in the future attempts at a better neutrino flux prediction and a lower neutrino flux systematic uncertainty. Keywords: sterile neutrino neutrino flux NOvA 1
