Attacks on computers, servers and services
Bitner, Oldřich ; Novák, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Svoboda, Vladimír (referee)
TITLE: Attacks on computers, servers and services. SUMMARY: The aim of theoretical part is to describe global software attacks on computer systems, servers and their services. It also describes the way of performing illegal attacks and dividing of attackers according to their knowledge of the issue.Practical part of the theses focuses focucec on an examination of basic safety and durability of university software systems. KEYWORDS: The attacks, attacker, computer, north, service, social engineering, foreign identity.
Issue of algorithm development and programming within the scope of computer science at primary schools
Albrecht, Karel ; Jeřábek, Tomáš (advisor) ; Novák, Jaroslav (referee)
The thesis is concerned with problems of algorithm development and programming on primary schools. The main target of the whole thesis is the project of new programming conception, which should bring better results on the field of programming and more effective way of teaching. In theoretic part there are introduced the most important terms from the field of algorithm development and programming, analysis of Czech and foreign education systems, mapping of possibilities of support of teaching from technological and didactical viewpoint. The new programming conception is suggested from theoretical bases. That conception is verified by approximately half-year action research at teaching of programming on 2nd level of primary school. In conclusion of the thesis there are introduced experiences, plusses and minuses of new conception of programming teaching.

Immunohistochemical examination of microvascular density can be an additional prognostic factor in patients with superficial urinary bladder carcinoma, nevertheless, more extensive studies need to be carried out. Maximal microvascular density correlated with a recurrence free interval and in a case of bigger group of patients could be statistically significant. The statistical correlation between MVD and a nuclear p53 accumulation is that significant that we assume the p53 importance in the angiogenesis regulation of superficial urinary bladder carcinoma. The p53 positivity in non-tumor mucosa of urinary bladder in patients with superficial bladder cancer correlates with higher risk of tumor recurrence. According to our results the reason of urinary bladder carcinoma multifocality is genetic instability present in the whole urothelium at the time of tumor diagnosis. The PAX5 gene expression is a frequent finding in superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. From the prognostic point of view, high levels of PAX5 expression seem to be connected with higher recurrence and progression rates. The extent of lamina propria invasion seems to be a clinically relevant prognostic factor for progression of T1 bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Finding T1b tumor is connected with the risk of understaging....
Criteria for evaluation LMS in primary schools
Merta, Ondřej ; Procházka, Josef (advisor) ; Novák, Jaroslav (referee)
The aim of my work is to make summary of learning management systems in area of primary education and to analyse generally available LMS, which could be applicable in primary schools. To suggest a set of criterias for evaluation those systems and to rate them. To present the results of survey clearly in web application.
Cardiorespiratory fitness of sporting population
Novák, Jaroslav ; Zeman, Václav (advisor) ; Votík, Jaromír (referee) ; Heller, Jan (referee)
Cardiorespiratory kapacity in sporting population J. Novák Summary VO2max and VO2max/kg values were directly obtained during 2777 measurements in competitive athletes and active but not competing subjects. The normatives of cardiorespiratory capacity for different age groups of male and female endurance athletes (Group A), team sport players (Group B) and other sports (group C) were established, and compared to normatives for Czech population based on the International Biological Program (IBP) results (Seliger a Bartůněk 1976). The most favorable values of cardiorespiratory capacity (both VO2max; VO2max/kg and W170;W170/kg) were found in the group A athletes (endurance trained) - both males and females. Their level highly exceeded the values of untrained CS IBP population and also those obtained in control group D in this study. The highest correlation was found between VO2max and Wmax and between VO2max/kg and Wmax/kg. This high correlation was very similarly high in the whole sample of 2777 examinations, in the sample of men (n=2015) and women (n=762) and also in all age-groups in different athletic groups A to D. It was proved that VO2max and VO2max/kg values could be calculated according to the maximal performance attained on bicycle ergometer. During spiroergometric examination the values of stroke...
