System for Modelling of 3D Buildings from Floor Plans
Jurka, Zdeněk ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Přibyl, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work deals with description and design of application for generating 3D building models from floor plans and their publication on the Internet. First chapter describes methods used for floor plans creation. Next part describes how are foor plans transformed into three-dimensional model. Following chapters describes implementation details concerning application used for creation of building floor plan and three-dimensional model generation. Work also covers implementation of web based application for viewing models in web browser. Final chapters sums up results and limitations of described solution. There are also discussed possible extensions of current project.
Client for 3D Client/Server Chess
Starka, Tomáš ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
Bachelory work is a corner-stone for project which employs itself with playing board games via internet. It outlines some of board games issues and for a fraction of them is designed a system that stands on an application protocol called BGame which was created for that purpose. Th e Chess has been chosen as a testing game. Whole implementation is on Java platform.
Education Computer Program for Demonstration of 2D Shapes Rasterization
Krupička, Vojtěch ; Kubíček, Radek (referee) ; Štancl, Vít (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of rasterization of vector objects on display devices (e.g. computer screen). The rasterization is one of the most important phenomena in computer graphics. The knowledge of mathematical equations and formulas which describe relevant vector objects is necessary to understand this phenomenon. This education software for the visual demonstration of rasterization was created to familiarize users with the rasterization principles of selected vector objects.
Visualization of Marked Cells of a Model Organism
Kubíček, Radek ; Kršek, Přemysl (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on volumetric data rendering and on highlighting and visualization of the selected cells of the model organisms. These data are captured by a confocal deconvolution microscope. Input data form one large volumetric block containing separate slices. This data block is rendered by an applicable method and then are identified and visualized the cells marked by the GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) process or by chlorophyle fluorescency. The principal aim of this work is to find out the preferably optimal effective method enabling this highlighting, most preferably working without a manual check. Due to the data structure, this ambition seems hardly realizable, so it suffices to find out a manual working method. The last step is to embed the results of this work into FluorCam application, the confocal deconvolution microscope data visualizer.
OpenGL Molecules Visualization
Hort, Pavel ; Zuzaňák, Jiří (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis considers atom`s attributes, which affects shape of molecules. It describes rules that are basic for molecule creation. This text features basic attributes and rules, which affects the final shape of molecule. Next part of this text explains several ways to display molecule. Following parts of this thesis describes several ways how to store and represent atom and molecules in computer technology along with solution of these problems that are used for this thesis.
Dynamic characteristics obtained from solution of simple vocal folds models
Kubíček, Radek ; Švancara, Pavel (referee) ; Hájek, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis concerns the biomechanics of voice and its aim is to obtain dynamic characteristics of simple analytical and numerical vocal folds models. Thesis includes main theories of voice production and thorough analysis of the widest used computational models. Essential is an anatomical and physiological introduction including basic pathologies. Behaviour of computational models mentioned in the bibliographic research is demonstrated by the dynamics characteristics gained by modal analysis and by the solid mechanics equation solution. Eigenfrequencies come under range from literature. The aim of thesis is comparison of analytical and numerical solution and particular computational models.
Android NETBOX "Moje Konto" Interface
Vaculík, Radim ; Šuška, Boris (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis describes user interface of web application NETBOX Moje konto for Android. Purpose of this thesis is create simple, well-arranged and fast interface for customers, who used NETBOX's services. The application, which offers summary of components of service, mobile interface for reading messages, state of debts or remote control of TV. The whole application communicates on-line with web portal NETBOX Moje Konto. Design of appliacation uses Android design patterns.
Costs of Running a Car Administration - an Android Application
Kleštinec, Vladimír ; Řezníček, Ivo (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
This work deals with creation of an application for an Android operating system, which will provide effective management of car costs. The important part of this work is communication and synchronization with a remote server.Whole application aims to provide friendly user inteface, which will be very effective to use.
Photography Geotagging Application
Kodeš, Daniel ; Bartoň, Radek (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
This master thesis describes development of Photography Geotagging Application from an introduction to the issues, through the analysis and design to the resulting implementation. The reader should be able understand to issues of time in geotagging using the GPS tracks records. He will also understand where and how metadata are stored. The big part of thesis is dedicated to the implementation of application which leads the reader through building the application architecture, the photography representation and loading their metadata with program ExifTool. Gradually will be explained the convertors of coordinates and GPS track parsers, which are used to synchronization. The final application allows the user synchronize photography with GPS track and display them on the map.
