Analysis of Products and Services in the sphere of Tourism in the Nová Bystřice Area

The work deals with tourism in the territory of Novobystřicko region. The aim is to analyze the supply of products and services of tourism and to propose appropriate recommendations for further positive development of the region. In the first part of the thesis there are defined basic themes of tourism, such as history, basic terms, types of tourism etc. Followed by chapters about materially-technical baseline, services of tourism and the position of the Czech Republic in the world's tourism. In the practical part there is an analysis of the supply of tourism of the Novobystřicko region, SWOT analysis of tourism and determined appropriate recommendations.

The main objective of the thesis is to present SaaS business intelligence as a set of concepts and methods aimed at improvement of business decision making process based on Software as a Service model. To understand this, it's important to describe first general principles, on which are based conventional so-called on-premises solutions and the means how they work. It's also necessary to present Software as a Service as today's very popular software deployment model. Further objective is the description of these solutions, introduction of their strengths, weaknesses and guidelines how to choose a suitable service provider. Final objective of the thesis is to compare these two different methods of BI tools deployment, in that case on-premises and on-demand and to sketch out means, following them will be possible to decide for one of the methods.

Object of this thesis is to define alementary terms related to this theme, as labour market, education, payment, then the analysis of education employees in the sample of selected and surveyed companies. What is the percentage of emloyees with specified level of education that chosen company employs and comparison of this sample vith data from Czech Statistical Office.

The aim of my thesis "Politic cycle in the European Union countries" is to analyse the possibility of existence of a politic cycle in chosen countries of the EU. The firs half of my thesis is introducing the issue of the public choise theory and different views at this theory together with models of politic cycle. The other part I am dealing with is political and economic backrounds of chosen countried in closer detail and after data analysis of politic-economic development I would like to try to point out possible existence of political cycle. I will use model of politic cycle based on budget policy above all in the analysis.

Intrinsic Factors of Efficiency in a chosen Organization of the Public Sector

The objective of the Thesis is the intrinsic factor of effectiveness in a chosen organization of the public sector. The aim of the paper is to describe and evaluate its usefulness at a particular secondary school. The theoretical part of the paper is focused on the explanation of some important economic concepts and the description of the current situation in education. In the practical part of the paper, the secondary school and the particular essential nature of effectiveness is presented. In the conclusion of the Thesis, the value of this built-in effectiveness in the school is evaluated along with some suggestions given for changes.

Organization Analysis of Tourism in the South Bohemian Region

The goal of this submitted thesis is the analysis and evaluation of tourism organizations and management in the South Bohemian Region. This work is structured into five basic parts. The first part describes the conception of destination management and its specifics. Then theoretical predispositions of tourism organizations (legal forms, ways of financing) are described. Basic characteristics of tourism in this region and the strategy of tourism's development in the South Bohemian Region is determined in the third part. The fourth part researches the organizations of tourism in the defined area. The evaluation of destination management and tourism organization is implemented in the last part.

Tourism and UNESCO's Cultural Heritage

The aim of my diploma work is to evaluate the positives and negatives of the inclusion of tourist attractions, especially municipalities and their attractiveness to the UNESCO list, with examples from the Czech Republic, possibly also abroad. Our country is very rich in historical monuments. The most important of them are inscribed on the UNESCO list. After the Velvet Revolution tourism sharply increased, which resulted in not only the positives, but also negatives. Many dangers of unregulated tourism appeared. Management of tourist destinations must suppress the negative impacts of tourism on attractions and to ensure their sustainable development. I demonstrate this at the towns Telč and Český Krumlov.
