Cross-border coopertion of the Moravian-Silesian Region

The topic of this diploma thesis is cross-border cooperation of the Moravian-Silesian region. It contains a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on regional development and regional policy, including the financing of development strategies. Furthermore, it covers the topic of cross-border cooperation and the characteristics of the Moravian-Silesian region. The practical part is focused on the investment project Hraniční vrch Lookout Tower located in the town of Albrechtice. This project was created in the framework of cross-border cooperation with Poland. Using the knowledge from the theoretical part, the outcome is processed as the evaluation of the impact of cross-border cooperation project on the development of the region in relation to tourism.
The effects of vegetative roofs onto the thermal stability of a building object

Dissertation deals with thermal technical assessment songs vegetation roof with moisture, the more the influence of vegetation on the roof thermal stability of the structure. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the beneficial effect of vegetation roofs, specifically growing Formation of thermo-technical point of view on the favorable temperature conditions in the building. Such speech can be captured only if it is judged-temperature profile dynamically daily operation of real marginal climatic temperatures. Using a stationary or quasi-stationary boundary climatic temperatures which are usually used for the determination of the energy performance of buildings, said effect can not be collected. Demanding simulation calculation, which apply material properties - thermal conductivity, density and thermal capacity, but gives a realistic picture of the thermal processes in progress not only in the roof structure of the building, but also across the entire circuit construction of a building. During the preparation of the dissertation was assembled machine program that works with the energy flow between rooms in the building and the surrounding environment. Furthermore calculates temperature gain of residence of persons, internal lighting and sunlight. The values of the internal environment are calculated from surface temperature, relative humidity, air exchange and, of course, the indoor air temperature with hourly weather data. In constructing the program was included in the calculation of the solar radiation both on flat and on an inclined surface. The output of the energy value and temperature conditions in individual rooms, which include not only thermal insulation but also thermal storage properties of an object. The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is preparation of project documentation for new semidetached house in the village of Žerotín. Semidetached house is designed with one above-ground floor, attic and partly with a cellar. The building is designed for two four-member families. Semidetached house plan consists shape ,,H". The building is covered with a gable roof with concrete roofing. Outer walls are insulated contact insulation system. On the first floor, there is a garage for cars. Masonry are made of aerated concrete blocks, floor structure is of reinforced concrete beams and porous concrete inserts.

The bachelor thesis deals with new building of apartment building in the Sebedražie village. It is a four-storey building. Its bearing system consists of clay masonry and concrete masonry. Ceilings are made from clays parts. On the basement there is a garage, a cellar rooms, a utility room, and a staircase. On the first floor there is a first flat. In the first flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. Next, on the first floors is a bicycle room, a kiln-drying, a storage, a cleaning room, the entrance hall and a staircase. In the second floor there is second and third flats. In the second flat is a hall, a child`s room, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the third flat is a hall, a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The third floor is the same as second floor.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the construction of a new family house with the inclusion of an office and a garage. This home is designed for a family of four with two cars housed in a spacious garage. The house will stand on a sloping field in Domasov near Brno on the New Street. The main entrance to the building is from the street to the northwest. Layout of the building is situated so that the residential and day rooms are on the side with more sunlight. Construction will have a square layout, partial basement with a gabled roof and a terrace. It will have a basement and two floors with residential attic. The vertical constructions will be made of shuttering blocks in the basement cellar, above-ground portion will be made of the ceramic block. Horizontal construction are made of ceramic-concrete ceiling beams and brick inserts. The truss will be wooden, purlin construction with a ridge runs. This work includes documentation and drawing parts and is compiled as an implementation project.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Drahobuz in a flat terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, one-floor, partly made cellar, with a attic. There is also a workshop of PC servis in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor located to northl. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a gabled roof. The project was prepared using the computer program ArchiCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.

The subject of this bachelors thesis was to design a single-family house in Brno Mokrá Hora and process the study and the design documentation for this house. Part of it will serve as permanent housing for a 4 member family and the second part as a distribution point for an online shop with 2 employees. The walls will consist of sand-lime bricks with an additional contact thermal insulation system ETICS, the ceiling will be reinforced concrete constructions and the house will have a walkable flat green roof. Part of the documentation is also the modification design of the surrounding terrain and the design of the car park for 2 cars and 1 light commercial vehicle. An interesting design choice is the height level of the roof, which is situated in the same level as the local road. Design documentation was processed using the program AutoCAD, the study and the visualization using both ArchiCAD and Artlantis 5.

Master thesis „Multifunctional Building“ is composed in the form of project documentation. Designed building is situated close to the Svitava river. The supporting structure in the basement is designed from shutter shaped pieces Best and the other storages from the system Ytong. The armoured concreted slab is designed for the ceilings. The roof is drawn as platform. The whole building will be insulated for recommended values. The facade in the first storage is designed as ventilated Novabrick and in the other storeys the facade will be from plaster Cemix. The building has three storages and partly basement. The building consists of centre for rehabilitation, shop and three flats. The drawings are compiled in CAD program.

The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.

The subject of my thesis work is the solution for thermal insulation of the house and price analysis. The theoretical part will deal with the issue of prices, costs, costing, financing and construction materials that will bring cost savings on top. In the practical part, directly focus on the family house in the village Svárov. If we analyze the cost of fuel at present and suggest solutions that can reduce these costs. Next, calculate the payback time, according to the type of financing and amount of state subsidies from the Green Savings Fund.
