Analysis of the offers of tour operators in relation to chosen territory

Theoretical part of the thesis clarifies basic expressions from the area of tourism, spa tourism and of the activities of tour operators and travel agencies. There is a further characteristics of a chosen territory - Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary with the emphasis on spa tourism and wellness in this region. Practical part of the thesis analyses and judges spa and wellness stays according to chosen criteria presently offered by travel agencies and tour operators in those countries. Comparison and analysis of separate offers is stated by means of marketing mix.

Offer analysis of the travel agency Melissa Travel

Bachelor thesis pursues the offer analysis of the travel agency Melissa Travel. The opening part is based on theoretical conception, where all the basic terms are defined. There is specified the market area, where the power belongs to the travel agency. The advantages coming out of free market are highlighted. There are determined the elementary legislative conditions, that necessarily must be followed by travel agency. The term "offer" is defined and clarified both on the general and detailed level. Practical part is based on product analysis. The product is meant by services, that are prepared by the travel agency Melissa Travel and offered to it's clients. There are investigated basic services and it's complements as well as product price, that is seen as a specific part of the offer. Outer analysis is exploring the ways of distribution and propagation used by travel agency Melissa Travel. On the basis of accomplished analysis the profil of travel agency Melissa Travel is defined and the target type (the client, that travel agency orientates it's activity on) of it's customer is specified.

Bakalářská práce analyzuje a hodnotí nabídku pražské cestovní kanceláře ALEX, CESTOVNÍ KANCELÁŘ, s. r. o. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní termíny vztahující se k dané problematice. V praktické části je poté pojednáno o cestovní kanceláři Alex, je v ní analyzována její nabídka, dále je rozebírán způsob prezentace a zveřejňování nabídky. Poslední kapitola hodnotí výše zanalyzovanou nabídku, a to ze dvou hledisek: jednak z pohledu zákazníka, čili z hlediska šíře nabídky, a jednak z hlediska legislativy, čili zda nabídka CK Alex vyhovuje zákonným požadavkům.

Its fundamental is to determine the hotel market as such with its crucial elements, indicators and regularities, which are indispensable direct evaluative elements in pre-investment phase of process. Its content is composed in such a way that connection with feasibility study on specific project in region will be possible. For potential investor, who is operating out of this business and is ready to penetrate fast into the business' backstage, the content is outlined in a way, which is enabling fast orientation and choosing key chapters. In the end there are evaluated market data from the hotel industry in general, which indicates the ways and the cases in which the investments are ideal.

This thesis deals with travel and tourism in Croatia, describes its current position on the international market with regard to the historical context. A big part of the thesis is also focused on tourist attractions Croatia has to offer both cultural, natural and social as well as hospitality facilities. It also discusses the impact of travel and tourism on croatian economy and mutual relations and tourism between Croatia and the Czech Republic. Finally SWOT analysis of Croatia as a tourist destination is presented.

Tourism of handicapped people

In first part of thesis there is a brief characteristics of handicapped people. Afterwards there are introduced various projects, plans, programmes and legislative norms focused on support of travelling of handicapped people. Results of survey finding out if handicapped people in Czech Republic travel, which tourism services are used by them and their satisfaction with tourism services, are an important part of the thesis. In last part of the thesis there is a SWOT analysis and a summary of the whole topic's analysis.

Práce vymezuje a definuje svatební turistiku. Zabývá se předpoklady České republiky pro její rozvoj. Zaměřuje se na činnost svatebních agentur a ostatních subjektů, podnikajících v oblasti. Popisuje organizaci svatby v praxi za asistence svatební agentury PragueWeddings. Věnuje se svatbám českých občanů v zahraničí. Okrajově zmiňuje nabídku svatebních cest a cest k výročí svatby. Na závěr jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a vyhodnoceny možnosti rozvoje svatební turistiky v budoucnu.

Development of tourism destinations based on the supply of sport activities

Sportovní cestovní ruch je v České republice známý již dlouho a aktivně se jej zúčastňuje mnoho lidí, jeho akademický výzkum je však zcela minimální. Zkoumanou destinací cestovního ruchu je mikroregion Ladův kraj s hlavním centrem městem Říčany. Tato oblast nabízí veliký potenciál rozvoje sportovního cestovního ruchu, který však zatím jen velmi málo využit. Jedná se buď o nevyužívání dostupných zdrojů nebo o špatnou alokaci prostředků do jejich využívání.

Impact analysis of Joint Regional Operation Programme (JROP) on tourism development of regions in the Czech Republic

Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout metodiku hodnocení dopadů programu SROP na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v krajích ČR a dle zvolené metodiky hodnocení provést. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první části je přiblížena základní struktura programu, implementační struktura a stručný postup administrace projektů. Ve druhé části práce jsou prostřednictvím charakteristiky podpořených projektů přiblíženy jednotlivé priority programu SROP; zejména priorita 4 ? Rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Ve třetí části je navržena metodika a na jejím základě následně provedena analýza dopadů programu SROP na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v krajích ČR. Nedílnou část práce přestavují přílohy, které obsahují např. seznam použitých zkratek, definice často používaných pojmů, seznam a definice monitorovacích ukazatelů využitých při analýze efektivnosti programu a fotodokumentaci podpořených projektů.
