Folk text and graphic

The dissertation "The Folk Text and Graphic Art" studies a song as a topic for graphic and book production. Within the praktical part of the dissertation the author works up a graphic design of a original song-book, which represent his former music band's texts. He surveys the clash of today's fashionable music trends with folk traditions in his region and asks a question about the character of the contemporary folk song. The author's song-book is one of answers. On the base of this effort he also presents two didactic graphic sets. First it is a project "Collection of Folk Songs" for pupils of primary schools. This bachelor thesi s contains summarized information about basic theoretical factors - about factors that influence the children's creative expression and gives readers a brief overview of basic information about children's creative expression. The object of the practical part in this research is to identify and describe how will be influenced children's creative expression by the application of different styles of assignments- how will be changed children's artistic expression and observed phenomena in case of application of different styles of these assignments. The both results of these assignments should provide information about the importace of nursery teacher's professional competence in the field of artistic education. Bímová, Š.: Author children's picture book. [Diploma thesis] Prague 2015 - Charles University - Faculty of education, 91 s. How was perceived book in the history and today? Selection of several authors I am try to explain past and present trends in the children and children's authors book. Didactic part is mainly focuse on the status of the book in the context with art lessons and not only in the motivation part of the lesson, but also in topic of lesson. Both principles are use in the didactic project, which was built on the theoretical content of the work. Fantasy World - Fantasy World Heroes

This thesis is dealing with the topic of fantasy in art with a special focus on picturing the main hero in so called heroic fantasy. Fantasy genre is seen in context of its ideological sources and it also shows its impact on current culture and its variety. This work concentrates on general features of heroic fantasy subgenre in art and on analysis of chosen character types - warriors. Furthermore, this work is offering a possible application of this theme in art education at schools.

Toy as a visual form

1 ABSTRACT A toy is a method in encultury. The deals with a toy in context of contemporary visual culture like a product of culture industries. It solves how the specific toys could manipulate children's perception. It examines types and basic principles of children's games in relation to toys. In case study it examines a proces of children's game for two children in a home environment in relation to specific toys. It documents and characterizes the toys which are available for children and a way how a children plays with them. It observes, records, analyzes and reflects children's game and tracks constants and a transformations of ideas, concepts and skills which are entering gaming proces. Felis versus Felix - Symbolic and narative content (of Cat) in Art and Art education

The theme of this diploma thesis is Felis versus Felix - symbolical and narrative content within art and arts education. This thesis is both theoretical and practical study of the topic. Theoretical part is concerned with understanding key words, their meaning, cat itself, its symbolic, history, properties, and connotations connected to it. The author of the thesis maps the occurrence of cat in art and literature, which she supports by specific examples. She further offers using the theme of the thesis in arts education and introduces already existing art set called "Animal within us". The author proposes another possibilities of using the theme within pedagogical practise. Practical part of the thesis stems from results of heuristic preparation. It contains two sets of art works of various but interconnected nature.
