Didactic Motivation in School Physical Education
Růžička, Martin ; Fialová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Velenský, Michael (referee)
Didactic Innovations at School Physical Education (Teaching the Games) Objectives work To analyze the opinions of current PE teachers on the concept and content of teaching sports games secondary schools, identifying key problems, propose a solution and appropriate teaching practices the teaching of games in secondary schools. A method The analysis was carried out by questionnaire in a 36-PE teachers in secondary schools during the month of May 2006. The questionnaire focused on The following areas, which involve issues related to the teaching of games in secondary Schools: The Role of sports games, sports games teaching content, didactics of sports and games social interaction in games. results Illuminate the teaching of games in secondary schools, they can contribute to its improvement and assist teachers in assigning sports games in the program. Can be the basis for a proposal modification of teaching sports games in terms of pupil assessment, time allocated to teaching unit and other factors examined, and may also be beneficial for the quality of future educators. Structural design of the testing centre
Růžička, Martin ; Pinkas, Karel (referee) ; Klusáček, Ladislav (advisor)
The master´s thesis concerns with the design of the construction of the testing centre. The hall is divided in two parts, in one of those parts the office rooms are located. The precast concrete frame of the hall is composed by foundation pads, columns, secondary beams and crane beams, precast slabs, and prestressed girders. The thesis contains report, structural design, drawings of floor plans and sections, drawings of formwork and reinforcement, visualization and steps of construction.
Enantioseparations of drugs and catalysts by partial-filling affinity capillary electrophoresis using helquats as chiral selectors
Růžička, Martin ; Koval, Dušan ; Vávra, Jan ; Reyes Gutierrez, Paul Eduardo ; Teplý, Filip ; Kašička, Václav
Noncovalent molecular interactions between helquats, a new class of dicationic helical extended diquats and selected commonly used negatively charged chiral drugs and catalysts have been investigated using partial-filling affinity capillary electrophoresis (PF-ACE). Three types of interactions of analytes with helquats were observed: (1) medium strong enantioselective interactions, (2) medium strong non-enantioselective interactions and (3) no or very weak non-enantioselective interactions.
Inverted Aircraft Engines
Růžička, Martin ; Janoušek, Michal (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This thesis deals with inverted aircraft engines. Introduction contains overview of general requirements for aircraft engines, their division and basic information about inverted construction. In second chapter there is overview of selected engines with inverted construction, their description, technical specification and eventually modifications. Conclusion consists of chapter elaborating on description of different construction and their comparison with performance-wise similar invert engines.
Memory monument from prefabricated elements
Růžička, Martin ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis is concerned with a design of a monument which is made of reinforced concrete. The monument is composed of eleven prefabricated segments located from each other in regular distances. The segments have got the same external dimension but they differ in the dimension of internal openings which create a dynamic interior for a person standing inside of the structure. The segments are fixed to the prefabricated comb-shaped foundation. The aim of this thesis is to design each segment and the foundation of the construction. It also includes the technical drawings of reinforcement of the selected segments, the foundation, drawing of the concrete connection of the foundations and drawing of the shape of the segments.
Study of DNA oligonucleotides interactions with ethidium bromide by partial-filling affinity capillary electrophoresis
Růžička, Martin ; Koval, Dušan ; Kašička, Václav
A partial filling affinity capillary electrophoresis was developed and applied to investigation of non-covalent molecular interactions between double stranded DNA oligonucleotide (Dickerson dodecamer) and classical DNA intercalator ligand –ethidium bromide (EtBr). Binding constants of DNA EtBr complexes were determined from the dependence of migration time changes of DNA oligomer (applied as analyte) on the length of ligand zones introduced beforehand as plugs of various lengths in hydroxypropylcellulose coated fused silica capillary. Binding constants of DNA-EtBr complex were found to be in the range 4.2 x 103 – 1.5 104 L/mol.
Modelling the hydrodynamics and water quality of the Vltava river reservoir cascade
Růžička, Martin ; Hejzlar, Josef ; Jarošík, Jiří
Mathematical modelling is an efficient tool for evaluation of impacts of human activities and environmental changes on water quality in rivers and reservoirs. This contribution describes simulations of water quality in the Vltava River reservoir system, namely cascade of reservoirs Hněvkovice, Orlík, Kamýk, Slapy, Štěchovice, and Vrané. The two-dimensional water quality model CE-QUAL-W2 was used for this task over years 2000 to 2003. Sensitivity analysis, calibration, and evaluation of the model were done. The model gave good results in particular for hydrodynamics, water temperature, and conservative constituents because of good quality of available hydrological and meteorological input data. The accuracy of results was strongly depended on the quality of input data and sampling frequency. Minor problems occurred in water quality simulations based on monthly input data in periods with fluctuating discharges.
Impacts of climate change on the water quality in a dimictic reservoir
Růžička, Martin ; Hejzlar, J. ; Cole, T. M.
The study deals with prospective change in water quality in a reservoir caused by predicted climit change. Change of quality of the water on its way through watershed and reservoir was simulated by an modeling system consisting of a precipitation-runoff model,an empirical model of the river water composition and a hydrodynamic and water quality model of the reservoir processes.Boundary conditions for model were based on the 20-year real data series(1981-2000) and predicted climate characteristics according to the results of the contemporary global circulation models(GCMs).
Simulation of technical measures with impact on water quality in deep reservoirs
Růžička, Martin ; Hejzlar, Josef ; Balejová, Marcela ; Kafková, Dagmar
Aim of paper is to show possibility of water quality improvement by means of technical measures. The hypolimnion aeration resp. curtain in the inflow part of reservoir and their impact on water quality was simulated by CE-QUAL-W2 model. Chlorophyll-a concentration and anoxic water volume were evaluated as a result.
