The influence of grammatical profiles of Czech nouns on their acquisition by non-native speakers
Vokáčová, Martina ; Lehečková, Eva (advisor) ; Nagy, Marek (referee)
The present thesis examines the influence of Czech nouns frequency features on their acquisition by non-native speakers. The first theoretical part summarizes the ongoing discussion regarding the importance of frequency for the entrenchment of grammatical categories in one's mind as outlined by cognitive and psycho-linguists abroad. The second introduces the research methodology, collection method and annotation of 20 lemmas obtained from non-native Czech speaker corpus CzeSL-SGT. Subsequently, an analysis of selected nouns is carried out with regard to their grammatical profiles (comprising two or three most frequent case forms as found in SYN2015). Based on its results, the production of non-native speakers shows a tendency to follow grammatical profiles as demonstrated by high correspondence of frequency features of nouns on the one hand and by low error rate in morphology of most frequent forms on the other. Additionally, cases where lower rate does not correspond to the above mentioned model can be explained using type frequency, i.e. the productivity of particular declension models having simultaneously more far-reaching effect, and higher relevance of nominative as the default form for non-native speakers.
State enterprise
Nagy, Miloš ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Černá, Stanislava (referee)
Currently there are 280 state enterprises registered in the commercial register of the Czech Republic. Although most of them are in liquidation and only few dozen is active, generally their importance lies in the purpose which their activities pursue in today's economic and political system. They operate in specific fields, which tend to be of strategic importance, their activities shall often meet a public interest. In sectors, in which state enterprises operate, they usually occupy very strong positions also due to the scale and type of assets, which they have. The distinctive features of a state enterprise gave rise to many legal questions about its nature. In the recent past, some disputes were resolved by practice whereas other issues are conceptual and can only be changed by changing the legislation. Although the systematic attention of professional public has currently not been dedicated to a state enterprise, increased interest has been noticeable in recent years in respect of particular questions relating to it, such as the issue of public procurement, information providing, or transfer of state enterprise profits to the state budget. The thesis focuses on the specifics of a state enterprise. It tries to describe its characteristics and apply them when solving practical issues which state...

Title: Clinical Content Harmonisation of Electronic Health Record Author: Mgr. Miroslav Nagy Department: Department of Medical Informatics, Institute of Computer Science v.v.i., Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Supervisor: RNDr. Antonín Říha, CSc. Supervisor's e-mail: riha@euromise.cz This PhD thesis deals with the possibilities of clinical content harmonisation in elec- tronic health records (EHR). In the first sections, the current state of the art in the field of EHR and other related fields is summarised, as well as that of the tools supported by current software technologies and the results of research in the field of medical in- formatics. The work is focused on analysis of obstacles in sharing medical data and on proposals of steps for overcoming these obstacles. Next, the utilized tools, modelling approaches, standards and coding systems used during the research are summed up. In the following sections the methods pointing to achieving harmonized clinical models are elaborated on and resulting clinical concepts mappings, supporting tools, developed EHR systems and semantic interoperability platforms are presented. In the conclusion these results are discussed and some future work is proposed. Keywords: electronic health record, semantic interoperability, clinical content, har-...
Implementation of Modern Approaches in Electronic Health Record
Dioszegi, Matej ; Říha, Antonín (referee) ; Nagy, Miroslav (advisor)
In the present work we study the possible implementations of electronic health record using modern technologies. The main goal is decomposition of server functionality among multiple parts. We use the idea of web-services, which means that each part of the system offers services available for remote hosts. The components communicate with each other using the SOAP protocol. We also study the possibility of storing patient's administrative information into separate storage, which suits the purpose better than original data trees, which are used to store clicnical information. Besides, this separation is suitable for anonymization of data used by statistical computing. In my work the manner of storing patient's clinical data in data trees and possibility of flexible modeling of data layer using knowledge trees, which together create a knowledge base, is preserved.
Using business process modeling tools for development of formalized medical guidelines
Mišúr, Juraj ; Richta, Karel (referee) ; Nagy, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis is analyzing the usage of business process modeling (BPM) tools in the eld of medical guidelines. Business Process Management Notation is used for business process modeling and a sample medical guideline from the eld of cardiology is modeled with it. This guideline is then converted to Business Process Execution Language and executed in runtime environment to simulate the guideline behavior. Learned facts are then used to compare BPMN and BPEL with the existing modeling language for medical guidelines - GLIF. The practical result of this thesis is a prototype application evaluating medical guidelines modeled using BPMN and executed using BPEL. The guideline also communicates with electronic health record for gathering patient's data.
Universal Interconnection of Electronic Health Records and Formalized Electronic Medical Guidelines
Húska, Jakub ; Parízek, Pavel (referee) ; Nagy, Miroslav (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to design a universal bridge between any Electronic Health Record (EHR) and formalized medical guidelines included in evaluation and presentation system. The interconnection should ensure medical data for medical guidelines that are evaluated. These data should be acquired from EHR using standard techniques, if possible. To solve the thesis there are some systems ready to be used: the medical guidelines evaluating and presenting system named "Medical Guidelines SYSTEM"[1] and an EHR named AdamekJ based on the MUDRLite2 technology. The solution should be designed in a modular way in order to connect various EHRs and medical guidelines systems. The programming language and other supportive technologies necessary for completing the task can be chosen by a student.
Impact of road traffic on chemical status of the Chvalka creek
Nagy, Miroslav ; Komínková, Dana (advisor) ; Jana, Jana (referee)
The aim is to assess the chemical status of a water course Chvalka in Prague before/after rain events and the effect of discharge from the Pražský okruh (Východní spojka) using laboratory analysis of water and sediment. From the results we can say that the creek Chvalka is heavily polluted by human activities before mouthing of discharge from Eastern clutch. These runoffs (except Cl) have on the physico-chemical indicators of water quality of the creek little or no influence. In contrast to the heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Cr and Zn), the highest concentrations were measured just at the locations affected by runoffs from Východní spojka. Sampling and laboratory analysis of sediments were for small changes in concentration overtime and time demands made only once. Because of little data to comparison can pronounce that runoff from Východní spojka have an impact on increased concentrations of Zn and maybe even Ni.
Simulation and optimization of a manufacturing process in the application of injection molds in forming departments
Nagy, Martin ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the simulation and optimization of the manufacturing process in the application of injection molds in forming departments. The theoretical part describes the process, model, approaches to the process of modeling and software support of the simulation. The author introduced the basic elements of software FlexSim, whose knowledge was crucial to create a model in the practical part. In this part the author describes the formation and function of the model and then he experimented with this model to find optimal solutions for the specified problems. Experiments concluded that the weak point of the process is low utilization of some machines and employees. For these weak points of the process, the author suggested specific solutions.
C Compiler for AVR32 Microprocesor

This bachelor's thesis deals with creation of an AVR32 backend for the LLVM compiler framework. The core of this work consists of explaining the way of architecture description in LLVM and of my own implementation of the AVR32 backend. Furthermore, several problems encountered during the implementation are discussed along with their possible solutions. As the result of this work functional backend, with a few constraints discussed in the conclusion chapter, was created.
Static Analysis of C Programs in Sparse and Similar Tools
Nagy, Martin ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Vojnar, Tomáš (advisor)
Software verification is steadily becoming important for software developers and companies to ensure software quality. However, the problem of writing a good static code analysis tool often stems from the lack of a good compiler front-end. To solve this problem, we try to analyse and document an existing tool called Sparse to empower software verification researchers with a ready, stable solution for their projects. Additionally, we also talk about Mygcc and it's new approach to integrate with existing compilers.
