Křížová, Natálie ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Bartůsková, Lucia (referee)

Since there is a constant prevalence of patients with mental illnesses and thus an increase of a burden in the economic system, this work explains the system of psychiatric care, which is crucial for the future development of mental health of Czech population. Based on the analysis of the issue it is evident that the effort to manage the care system to community care will do not contribute to the reduction of treatment costs, but on the other hand, will facilitate the accessibility to psychiatric facilities for patients. The funding of psychiatric care is not based on the national health system, which influences the direction of a large part of the funds for treatment in psychiatric hospitals.
Risk group of persons with disabilities on the labour market in Prague from 2005 to 2015
Hošková, Laura ; Maule, Petr (advisor) ; Lukášová, Tereza (referee)
The theoretical part of the Bachelor Thesis comprehensively illustrates the status and representation of persons with disabilities (PWD) on the current labour market in the Czech Republic. In a general manner, the Thesis looks at the employment policy as well; especially its legislative basis in the legal framework of the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Furthermore, the legal obligations of employers of PWD and the possibilities of fulfilling the mandatory share of PWD employment are stated. Findings of two qualitative employment studies are presented showing that PWD enter the labour market equipped with specialized competencies, which they are willing to complete by retraining programmes in case of need. The employers perceive the employment of PWD mainly as a financial profit, granted to them by the state; and the legislative conditions are a sufficient incentive for them. The questionnaire survey pointed out that the weakness in the employment of PWD is the lack of part-time jobs, which are highly demanded among them. Therefore the Thesis presents a solution, which could be the creation of shared work positions.

Pecková, Tereza ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Bartůsková, Lucia (referee)
This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the basic funds of health insurance companies for the period 2000 - 2015 in the Czech Republic, especially the creation of resources and their use and the entire system of public health insurance in the Czech Republic. Basic funds are one of the components of the overall economy of health insurance companies. First it is necessary to describe the market of the insured. The insured create and use the finances within public health insurance. Also important are contributions from the state budget for those insured by the state. We can conclude that the cost of health insurance companies are rising and that population is aging in the Czech Republic. However, this is not a balanced linear growth. The number of pensioners grew at a slower rate of growth, but according to population development forecast, there should be faster growth in the number of pensioners in the following years. Significant growth in cost is particularly noticeable in the age category of 80 and above, and increasingly more people should live up to this blessed age, also thanks to modern public health.

Comparison of the sickness insurance system in the Czech Republic and in the Kingdom of Spain in the years 2005-2015
Zukal, Marek ; Lukášová, Tereza (advisor) ; Strejček, Ivo (referee)
This bachelor thesis provides an analysis of sickness insurance systems and wage compensation, conditions of obtaining sick benefits and costs related with these issues in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Spain. The differences between aforementioned systems emerge from different approach to social policy, the Spanish system is more complicated and based od data quoted it is possible to say that it encumbers public budgets more than the Czech system. Both systems however have the same function - they secure individuals against negative effects of social risks such as illness and maternity (or pregnancy). The Spanish system, generally speaking, fulfils this function better than sickness insurance in the Czech Republic, which is supported by higher compensation ratios of benefits in relation to standard income of individuals, who are provided with them. Sickness insurance in the Czech Republic is characterized by higher rate of solidarity than the system in the Kingdom of Spain, where a principle of equivalence is more widely applied. Since the trend of social costs of public budgets is rising, the subject covered is economically topical and the analysis has a potential to provide incentives to improve the systems.
