Basic information: Kučerová, Petra: FRIEDL DICKER-BRANDEIS - DIDACTIC LINKS (Diploma Work) Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Education, Art Education Department Content: The theoretical part deals with the inheritance of Friedl Dicker-Brandeis in the context of particular life stages. Monitoring is the artistic development of Brandeis, the principles of the Bauhaus and Johannes Ittena didactics. On the basis of preserved relic and historical sources are specified and documented the nature of methodology applied in Terezin. Content are observed with regard to the current didactics of arts and methods can be ispiring. Teaching part is devoted to contemporary educational and social institutions in which teaching practice has been implemented and these pictures were made at the art part of the thesis. Obama's Foreign Policy towards BRIC(s) in first functional term (2009-2012)

Thesis deals with the foreign policy of Barack Obama's in first term 2009 - 2012. The aim is evaluate the U. S. foreign policy towards to BRIC(S) in this term. To acronym BRIC(S) partnership brings together world powers Russia and China and regional powers Brasil, India and South Africa. Introduction is dedicated to the characteristics of the main actors, the USA, president Obama and BRIC(S). The next section presents the assumptions of the U. S. foreign policy, factors and its limits. Finally anlyzes the foreign policy of Barack Obama. The analyses showed the different approach in its foreign policy toward superpowers China and Russia on one hand and regional powers Brazil, India and South Africa on the other.

Raising claims in insolvency proceedings

69 Asserting Claims in Insolvency Proceedings The thesis deals with the position of creditors in insolvency proceedings, underlining the issue of asserting claims of creditors. The thesis is divided into 6 main chapters; the first one, The Term and the Meaning of Insolvency Proceedings, describing the term of insolvency proceedings understood as civil proceedings dealing with the solution of insolvency, i.e. the situation when a debtor is in so disfavourable financial situation that they are not able to fulfil their debts. The second chapter concentrates on three methods of resolving insolvency described by the law: insolvency - a traditional liquidation form, and two new sanation forms - reorganization and discharge, giving their short characteristics. The next chapter, Fundamentals of Insolvency Proceedings, describes the basic principles of insolvency proceedings, mostly concerning creditor's rights, strengthened by The Insolvency Law. The commencement of insolvency proceedings and its surroundings (when are proceedings started, what are the requirements of a petition for a bankruptcy order and who has the right to give in such a paper, the announcement of a commencement of insolvency proceedings, since what moment are the creditors able to apply for their claims) are described by chapter 4. The aim of the thesis "Payment systems and protocols - analysis, simulation, verification" is overview of payment systems in the Czech Republic, in EU, in USA and in Japan. The first part is concentrated on legislation, the second is dedicated to payment systems, the third is dedicated to payment protocols, their characteristics, used technology and security elements. Comparison of particular payment systems and of particular payment protocols is part of this work too. Thesis is also concentrated on security elements.

Analysis of Selected Payment Protocols

The aim of the master's thesis "Analysis of Selected Payment Protocols" is overview of used payment. The first part is concentrated on data security, the second is dedicated to payment protocols, their characteristics, used technology and security elements. The third part is dedicated to verification and simulation tools. Comparison of particular payment protocols and of particular verification tools is part of this work too. Experimental part of the thesis is focused on formalization and verification of the payment protocol Visa 3-D Secure, of the protocol NetBill and on formalization of two subprotocols of SET.

Factors that influence the success of emergency houses in the disaster-stricken areas

An increasing number of environmental problems and the global financial crisis that have paralyzed the building industry since 2008 led to the fact that interest in this problem with the moral impact increased rapidly. In the article formulates four basic factors for the success of mobile buildings for emergencies in disaster-stricken areas. These factors are transportability, universality versus adaptability to the place of disaster, economy and development in time. Transportability - the fastest and the most efficient transportation to the destination are considered already in the design stage, resulting into two main proposals. The first proposal is an assembly of many small components; the second proposal is a compact cuboid or cube the interior of which is used as a "container" for important items - food, water, medical supplies… Universality versus adaptability to the point of disaster - since each disaster is unique is not possible to create a universal building and declare it "perfectly" useful for any situation. The proposals aim to create an object that will be able to simply replace some of the parts in order to adapt to different conditions of different climates, characters and ways of life. Economy - despite the large amount of funds in development and humanitarian aid flows, the economy factor is very important. Therefore, the basic principles used are cheap materials or utilization of local raw materials. Evolution in time - judicious placement of temporary shelters the structure of which remains preserved in long-term perspective after replacement of temporary structures. Communication and collaboration between architects and humanitarian organizations is an equally important factor.
