Then obtain data on the state of theirs motor system especially the shortened muscle groups. After processing this data to compare them and create a design of supplement the compensation an individual plan. Bachelor thesis familiarizes with possibilities of a healthy and preventive exercises in kindergartens. In the theoretic part are summarized all important topics relating to a medical and physical education in kindergarten. The practical part is addressing the fulfilling of a training project in surroundings of kindergarten and testing of the children before and after training project. The training project contains 7 particular elements of a medically preventive character.
CrossFit and its effect on the level of general physical fitness

This dissertation introduces CrossFit as one of the new directions in fitness and is based on information which is commonly available. The main, research segment of the dissertation focuses on the level of kinetic abilities and the effect on general physical fitness from regular exercise by following the CrossFit program. The research was conducted on students who were following a fitness program while the writer was studying at Gerlev sport academy in Denmark.

Topic: Level of knowledge and skills of first aid on primary school. Abstract: This thesis aims to examine and compare the first aid level of knowledge of pupils, focusing the 3th & 5th classes on primary schools in Prague, in a small town and in a village. The work is divided into two main parts, to the theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter defines what first aid is and what its types are. The second charter covers emergency lines and basic components of the Integrated Rescue System. The third chapter maps the sources of information, where pupils at primary school can learn about first aid. The fourth chapter deals with the model emergency procedures in selected areas. In the introduction of practical part are research hypotheses and methods specified. The research itself was made by questionnaire. The chosen procedure was a first step to map the level of knowledge of first aid. When developing the questionnaire there were given situations in which children can actually occur and be the only savior at hand. Based on the information collected, the training program for this age category was set. Skiing instruction pre-school children

The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. It deals with the solution to assess the level of physical skills combined with preschool children, as a higher level of organized skiing helps training organized by kindergarten and what effect this can have skiing skills training on cognitive abilities and social side of the child's personality. The first section contains theoretical information drawn from the bibliographic sources of pedagogy, psychology, antropomotoriky, physical education and sport. Proceeds from the general content of the first chapter of her kindergarten educational concepts of the system, organizational forms of physical education and movement preschool child. It is followed by the second chapter a more specific topic for skiing children. Based on the development of motor skills through learning to its evaluation of motor skills on skis. Linkages between individual chapters see you in finding criteria for assessing the level of motor skills, cognitive skills and socialization in FEP PE curriculum. Physical fitness and physical activity for teacher students at Pedf UK This work describes the issues of physical fitness and physical activity. The teoretical part clarifies the basic concepts movement, physical fitness in global. Special attention will be paid to the definition of physical fitness - its components, significance, monitoring, testing, and measurement. Physical activity and its relationship to physical fitness and health are also elaborated in detail. The main objective of this work is to compare the physical fitness and physical activity of the full-time students of Specialization in Pedagogy, the field of Physical Education and Sport, with a focus on education, and students of Teacher Training for the 1. st. elementary school. The set of tests UNIFITTEST 6-60 is used as a comparison to their physical fitness. Physical activity of the students is assessed using the IPAQ questionnaire. This bachelor thesis introduces a new program within the field of fitness, CrossFit. The thesis focuses on the clarification and description of the individual exercise elements which most typically occur within the practice. The practical part of the thesis deals with the degree of the component motor abilities in the CrossFit athletes.
