Autoevaluation of the certified teacher

Currently speciality education is being transformed, the evaluation criterion are being changed in connection with the character changes of speciality work. Evaluation systems are being developed in the process of improving the quality of speciality education. Speciality teacher autodiagnostics and autoevaluation are an integral part of the educational process. Speciality teacher autoevaluation includes a systematic selfevaluation of the teacher's own work according to beforehand set criterion. Gethered autoevaluation results become the basis for further work, since they provide the teacher with some feedback and allow them to modify their work. The aim of the thesis was to gain the experience, which autoevaluation instruments the speciality teachers use, how often and which problems they usually deal with in accordance with autoevaluation. The entries were gathered by means of a questionnaire method. As to the pupils the questionnaire made an inquiry on the attitude to the speciality in light of their preferences, difficulties and importance. The original questionnaire of Hrabal was also provided with a specific part investigating the level of school-leaver-work-possibility flexibility. Project teaching

Thesis - Project teaching - composes of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the most important aspects of the theme ranging from the history, the advantages and disadvantages, the project typology to the teacher's role in this teaching method. The practical part deals with the creation and execution of the project itself. The Anti-drug plan is the subject for the personality social education, but it also provides enough opportunities for handling information from different sources. The output of the project is focused on the ability to take one's bearing in the branch pertinent to our modern life - computer science, particularly in terms of the competence and skills needed for the use of multimedia technique. The project may also contribute to the linkage of theoretical knowledge with the pupils' personal experience. The project is fit for the classes at the time when pupils take their bearing in the basic terminology and areas relating to drugs and the above-mentioned computer science.
Work with children and youth in open centres

Bachelor thesis "Work with children and youth in open centres" goes about issue in open centre for children and youth. It characterizes the work with disorganized youth in these centres. It defines the open centres in the context of social services and with it related legislation. The first part is devoted to define the basic ideas, for example the difficult life situations, the disorganized youth and the principle of low. In the second part I go about the general objectives, the mission, the target group and the services provided in these centres. The third part provide the insight into 20 open centres in the Czech Republic. Here I explore already the specific objectives, mission and also activities, attendance, achievements and failures in the centres.
The Role of Teaching Associations in reform Efforts 1918-1938

My Diploma Paper is concerned with the Teacher s Organizations and their Function in reformative Efforts from 1918 till 1938. This Paper speaks about structure and ideas of the teacher s Organizations. The Work focus on some themes namely: Reform of teacher s education, possibilities of cooperation among Teacher s Associations and so- called "Příhodovskou" reform. The Paper treats of the situation in the German language area and in Slovakia and also of course in Czech Associations.The Work is based on analysis of press from 1918 till 1938, which provide the presentable summary about ideas and positions of the most important Teacher s Organizations.The Diploma Paper pointed to the fundamental importance of Teacher s Organization for reformative Efforts in Czechoslovakia. The Teacher s Associations were big Organizations with wide activities (such as: social, promotive, educational, tutorial) and they substituted for the role of country (f.e. the Foundation of privat university). The weak point was variety of corporative interest, which didnt make possible to collective cooperation.
