This bachelor’s thesis concerns a system of evaluating and rewarding of employees in the company Průmyslová keramika,spol. s r.o. The work is divided in two parts, the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part is focused upon a theoretical foundation. In the practical part there is detailed analysis of the company and of its major competitors and there is also contained a research based on a questionnaire survey. The main part of the work consists of suggestions for improvement in the evaluating, rewarding and motivating of employees.

In this bachelors's thesis is presented evaluation and remuneration system in specific company. Investing in human resources is important but underestimated part in some companies. Although satisfied and correctly motivated employee is a key to gain competative advantage in crowded market. The desk study is attend to different kinds of evaluation, further more it analyses remuneration and motivation. The practical part of this work contains present conditions in the firm which is background for my own solution. This research is based on questionnare and interview with owner.

The first theoretical part includes key terms and concepts in the field of remuneration. The second practical part deals with the current state of the system of remuneration of employees in the department and the analysis of internal and external influences. The third part desbribes the proposed solutions and their economic evaluation.
Changes of Motivation and Mindset of Generation Y's Employees

The diploma thesis examines motivations and attitude of employees in terms of generation mixture. It focuses specifically on Generation Y, which is gradually becoming the main representation element of the generation mix in the workplace. The method com- bines the exploration of qualitative research (in-depth interview applying the techniques of neuro-linguistic programming) with quantitative (questionnaire construction). Based on the findings, with help of metaprogramming (MindSonar) framework, are identified elements of mindsets and values (metaprofiles) of employees of selected company. Then, there are described potentials of development of the company, that can lead to higher company performance.

The first part of the thesis focuses on describing a theoretical introduction of the topic remuneration system and evaluation of employees, and is also used as a basis for consequent parts of the thesis. Second part concentrates on the analysis of the current situation in the company. Based on the analysis the last part deals with suggestions for optimal changes, which are meant to positively affect the future of remuneration in the chosen company.
