The thesis focuses on the proposal of changes in a motivation system in the chosen company. The theoretical part explains basic terms, definitions and procedures that are connected to the analyzed topic. Second part of the paper introduces the company and analyzes the current state of a motivation system via company’s documents and a questionnaire. The last part includes the writer’s own suggestions of solutions resulting from the second part’s analysis.

The last part then advises possible changes and improvements that should be considered by the company.

In the suggestions part, the main objective was to create new communication tools.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of the current communication mix of selected product of the unnamed bank and suggesting of recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part contains the explanation of terms and knowledge relating not only to the marketing communication, but to the marketing in general. In the analytical part is evaluated the current situation of the marketing communication of the selected company. In the last part of the thesis, based on the knowledge gained from the analytical part, are created proposals for the completing of the current communication mix of the selected product including their benefits and cost evaluation.

Aim of the diploma thesis is to choose a suitable strategy for expansion of the selected company. The chosen company based in Brno develops web content management software. The strategy is made based on analyses of external environment – potential market for entry, analyses of internal environment of the company and its financial analysis. The last part of the thesis consists of suggestions and proposed solutions.

The subjekt of thesis is a proposal of communication mix for the company MOLČÍK Kipper a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description basic terms of the marketing environment, analysis of the business environment, marketing mix and marketing communication. The second part of the thesis is a practical part. Practical part describes detailed analysis of the current state of the selected company. This part also shows the results of marketing research and creation of a concrete proposal for a new communication mix.

Final bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of economic situation in company R MALEC s.r.o. during years 2011-2015 using the methods financial analysis. The thesis is devided into three basic parts. The first is focused on theoretical knowledge about instruments financial analysis, that I use in this work. The practical part contains short description of the company and financial analysis itself. In the last part based on the results of the practical part suggestions to improve their financial situation.
