Unmanned Aerial System design competition

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem malého bezpilotního letounu určeného pro soutěž Air Cargo Challenge 2015. Práce je uspořádána dle postupu vývojových prací. Na prvotní koncepční návrh navazuje volba vhodného tvaru letounu a jeho profiláže. Následuje výpočet letových výkonů, maximální vzletové hmotnosti a centráže letounu. Poslední část práce se zabývá konstrukcí letounu a je provedena analýza závislosti užitečného zatížení na hustotě vzduchu.

Summary of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

The bachelor’s thesis deals with summary of unmanned aircraft. There is a reference to their historical development and possible uses for the selected aircraft are their technical parameters, including pictures. Thesis contains several types of UAV division according to various criteria. From these categories was selected a few representatives, which is followed by each of them a few characteristic data. The last part is a comparison of several aircrafts between two close categories.

Sovereign entities - financing, credit risk and rating

The echoes of Eurozone debt crisis brought into question the sovereign risk of advanced economies. Understanding factors that influence this risk is key to avoid similar crisis of public debt financing in the future. The main aim of this thesis is to identify which factors influence sovereign entity financing and how the problems of public debt financing arise. This is reached through analysis of debt crisis development and its causes in the GIPS economies.

Organizational culture of the Globus company

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the Czech part of the retail company Globus, namely the issue of Czech-German cultural differences and the current perception of organizational values among employees. The introduction defines the goals of the thesis. The first chapter is devoted to introducing the company in concept limited to the key facts. The following part of the thesis presents the theoretical bases, defining issue of the international organization's culture, specifically, intercultural management, and explains the definition of culture that continues to have moved out analysis of Globus corporate values. After the theoretical part, is an analysis of the current organizational, culture perception of Globus, and the possible misunderstanding. Part of this chapter analyzes the company's organizational values as the outputs of two research projects. The conclusion of the thesis includes an analysis of the findings and suggestions for further progress in implementing the measures needed to improve the state of contemporary HR management and staff. Part of the conclusion is also a confrontation of findings with defined objectives.

Marketingové aktivity politických stran

This thesis is concerned with marketing activities of political parties in the Czech Republic and it's focused on the campaign, promotion and the creation of the image of the Czech pirate party. At first the past and present campaigns were evaluated and the financial analysis has been performed. On the basis of found results and the output of the processed market research, changes to the communication mix of the party and a layout for the selection procedure of a marketing agency were proposed. Further in the thesis, there has been developed a strategy for risk management and a strategy to increase the member count and for a proper work with the membership base.
