Major dietary mistakes in patients with severe arterial hypertension

My bachelor's thesis was focused on the main mistakes in dietary habits in patients with severe form of arterial hypertension. Theory defines concept of arterial hypertension, summarizes the risk factors of arterial hypertension, epidemiology and treatment. The last part of my work was focused on the most important findings in dietology, which are crucially important in treatment of arterial hypertension. Practical part of my work was based on anonymous questionnaire survey. Questionnaire includes questions on lifestyle and eating habits of patients with severe arterial hypertension. The aim of the study was determine whether patients follow recomended dietary intervention and the most common diet mistakes of patients. We have included 55 patients, predominantly males, mean age 52 ± 13 years and BMI 32 ± 5 kg/m2 . The diet regime was often irregular with frequent absence of breakfast. Intake of fruits, vegetables and fish was insufficient. In the composition of the diet frequently occurring adverse sausages, butter, fatty cheese and cream products. Also we have found inappropriately high intake of sugary beverages and food, whether in the form of pastries or sweets. Graphology and its possibilities of using in the sphere of personnel management

This thesis deals with graphology and its possible use in personnel management. Its aim is to handle this projective method from both theoretical and practical points of view - both to define graphology and explain related terms, and to consider the possible practical contribution of this method to HR. In this thesis, the tasks of a graphologist are introduced, as well as the nature and way of his or her work with handwriting. Global impression signs, measuring signs and description signs are also mentioned as means of interpretation and graphological analysis. Attention is also paid to the formation of individual handwriting, which is greatly influenced by school handwriting models. In this connection, the thesis also handles the newly coined Comenia Script handwriting model. Another topic of interest are graphological expert opinions being closely connected with ethical principles of graphology. The final part is devoted to the practical use of graphology as a method of recruiting workers in personnel management. This thesis is to provide a basic overview of graphology and principles of work with handwriting. The diploma thesis, entitled Preparation for learning reading and writing skills as a significant stage of primary literacy, deals with preparation for reading and writing. The purpose of preparation is to develop functions which are necessary when learning reading and writing skills. The aim of the thesis is to find out how teachers prepare their pupils for reading and writing and if they regard preparation as an important stage of primary literacy. Another objective is to make an inventory of activities which can be used, especially by inexperienced teachers, to prepare pupils for learning reading and writing skills.

Use of natural science museums and collections for educational purposes

Nowadays there is a considerable tendency towards encouraging students to seek for information and deepen their knowledge themselves rather than classical frontal educational methods. Thanks to this trend teachers tend to use i.e. museum collections for educational purposes in order to present life in the past as well as at present to students in a more enjoyable way. Everything that students learn by their own experience is sure to be remembered more vividly. The aim of my Master Thesis is to propose excursions to four selected museums. Worksheets are to be provided for each excursion and shall be tested in practice as well. The conclusion of the Master Thesis is that museums strive to attract schools with various educational programs, lectures and excursions. Nevertheless, they concentrate mainly on social sciences. Educational programs, intended solely for natural sciences or biology, are very rare. However, biology teachers may - to a considerable extent - use wide variety of expositions and collections of museums. Key words: excursion, educational program, worksheet, museum, children's museums

The nursing process in a patient prior to and after a surgery on thyroid gland

I wrote my bachelor ́s work on theme: Care process about patient before and after thyroid surgery. I split my work to two parts. In the first theoretical part I write about anatomy, physiology, characteristic of illness and examinations leading to the diagnostic and treatment. In the second practical part I write about care process of particular pacient with thyroid disease. I carred of that patient at ORL department, where the thyroid was exenterated to her. During the hospitalization I made a nurse anamnesis which is based on Majory Gordon ́s nurse model of Function health. Thanks to my obtained information from medical documentation, patient and other medical staff, I analyzed all troubless and made nurse anamnesis, to which I attached nurse care plan, realization of that plan and evaluation of nurse interventions. The end of my work belongs to education and prognosis of patient. Education target was to inform patient about post-operative recovery, adherance to medical and nurse advices, to give a sufficient information about after-effects and answer all patient ́s questions, what I could. Community property of spouses

Cílem této práce bylo přehledně vyložit platnou a navrhovanou právní úpravu institutu společné jmění manželů, zamyslet se nad jeho fungováním v praxi a na základě poznatků ze studia této problematiky se rovněž pokusit obě právní úpravy komplexně zhodnotit. Mým úkolem nebylo detailně se zaobírat obecnými zásadami, na nichž bude nový civilní kodex vybudován, ani podrobně rozebírat důvody, které vedou zákonodárce k záměru zcela přehodnotit dosavadní koncepci jak občanského zákoníku, tak celého soukromého práva. Takový výklad by přesahoval rozsah a možnosti mé diplomové práce, proto jsem se zaměřila jen na úpravu otázek týkajících se majetkových vztahů mezi manžely. Svá stanoviska jsem zaujímala vždy s výkladem příslušné materie v jednotlivých kapitolách, proto se v následujících řádcích omezím již jen na stručné shrnutí objasňující potřebu přijetí nové legislativní úpravy. Optimální způsob právní úpravy manželských majetkových vztahů se hledá jen obtížně, stejně tak jako je velmi obtížná a složitá samotná problematika týkající se institutu SJM. Taková úprava by nepochybně neměla být příliš komplikovaná, zbytečně podrobná či nesrozumitelná, jelikož by tak mohla vést až k negativnímu hodnocení manželství jako takového. E-government and open data in state administration

This diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of eGovernment and open data. Thesis assesses the situation in the Czech Republic as well as in countries of European Union. The opendata and eGovernment history, its developments, current state and outlook for future are described. The thesis aims to analyze the characteristics of opendata and compares eGovernment in the Czech Republic with other countries of European Union according to Open Data index. In the last section of this work, selection of the proper data for publication in the open format data is discussed. Its implementation and validation
is demonstrated with the example of selected instution in the Czech Republic.
In the theoretical part of this thesis problematics of eGovernment in the Czech Republic is discussed. The analytical part assesses the open data publication by the Czech ministry of social security administration. Analysis is conducted using bottom up and top down methods.
The benefits of this diploma thesis is the overview of the eGovernment and open data format publications in the Czech Republic and its comparison with other European countries and creation of the methodical framework for choosing the correct data for open data format publication.

Analysis of the Selected Firm

This bachelor’s thesis presents a picture of a selected firm by applying SWOT and SLEPTE analysis and Porter´s Five Forces analysis. Next follows an analysis of the financial statements over the past three accounting periods which shows the financial situation of the selected firm. On the basis of the results of all the analyses, the author suggests some recommendations to improve the contemporary situation of the firm.
