More specifically, the results have shown that the most common athletic method used by the biathlon coaches is the own body weight exercise, all of the respondents (n=16) agreed ( 100 % usefulness). The second and third (93,75 %) most common methods of exercise are represented by resistance bands and medicine ball. The biathlon coaches also use special take off exercise such as standing vertical jumps over brackets (87,50 %) and uphill running up to the 150m distance (87,50 %). Coaches often include...

Assess the influence of training time by years on basic fitness assumption is also one of the goal. Methods: I used for evaluation of measurement Microsoft Excel 2016. Pearsons correlation coefficient were used for value of correlation tests. For substantive significance were used Cohens D. For suggesting suitable fitness skills tests I used domestic and foreign literature and internet sources. Results: The best results of measuring speed conditional assumptions were reached by the attackers in the tests at 5 m = 1,17 ± 0,11 s, 10 m = 1,98 ± 0,15, 20 m = 3,45 ± 0,21 and 50 m = 7 , 66 ± 0,51 s. At 505 Agility Tests, the defenders reached 505 agility L = 2,74 ± 0,17 and 505 agility P = 2,73 ± 0,21 s achieved goalkeepers. Midfielders achieved best result in the Yo- Yo test at 1310 ± 526,50 m on average. In the long jump, the goalkeepers were best with 198,71 ± 16,14 cm. When compared for each categories, best performance achieved the U15 category for 5 m = 1,14 ± 0,07 s, 10 m = 1,92 ± 0,1 s, 20 m = 3,29 ± 0,13 s, 50 m = 7,22 ± 0,35 s,...

Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Comparison of Physical Fitness in 8th Grade Primary School Pupils Attending Sports and Regular Classes Author: Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aim of the Thesis: The aim of my thesis is to determine the physical fitness of pupils attending a sports class aimed at athletics and pupils attending a regular class with standard physical education. I concentrate on pupils in 8th grade of primary school (ages 13 to 14). The thesis compares data with the results obtained in a sports class at a different primary school 25 years ago. Methodology: The main method involves practical testing of pupils by UNIFITTEST (6-60) test battery composed of various motor tests. For the purpose of my Bachelor's thesis, I chose four motor tests - standing broad jump, repeated sit-ups in 60 seconds, 12-minute run and a 4x10m shuttle run. All the measured data are compared with UNIFITTEST standards for individual age categories. The thesis also contains a short questionnaire survey identifying the pupils' opinion on physical activity. Results: The pupils attending the sports class achieved better results in all four motor tests than the pupils going to the regular class. The pupils in the sports class mostly achieved above-average results; their worst ranking was...

Methodology: After initial literal research the recondition program was settled and was applied to the probant. During the recondition program were monitored parameters of body structure on Tanita BC 545, parameters of bottom limbs circumference and further the stability level, sensomotorics and symmetry using the MFT S3 Check device and finally the dynamic stability on Y Balance Test device. Results: I studied a lot of literature, which was directly related to knee injury. I read through 12 foreign and Czech titles. Especially abroad the knee injury problematics are often mentioned. Objective: Training and abilities of two junior athletes Prepared by: Bc. Petr Dubský Supervisor: PaedDr. Jitka Vindušková, CSc. The aim of the work: The aim of the work was to determine the level of performance of selected members of the training group, namely two juniors. To analyze the structure and content of their training, their performance in selected tests, and performance development in their main disciplines. Methodology: The analysis of the competitive results from 2012 to 2017 was used to analyze the performance of the individual seasons. I also analyzed the training records, where general and special training indicators were evaluated and compared with the results of similar analyzes of other athletes. I will also analyze the three measurements we have completed with the whole training group. Conclusion: The result shows that the training load in selected athletes, either according to literature or in comparison with other athletes, is insufficient in both individuals. After evaluating testing, I concluded that the test types were wrongly selected. This work has confirmed the importance of keeping track of the training records. Keywords: athletics, juniors, general training indicators, special training indicators, annual training cycle, 800 m run, 1500 m run, 400 m hurdles run
