The Influence of Sensomotoric Stimulation on the Shape of Foot by Football Players of the Early School Age

The aim of this work is to find what influence sensomotoric exercise has on the shape of feet. The research was carried out within a group of children from the football dass. I compared changes in the size of feet contact surface, for which I used the instrument Footscan. This was my main checking method. Tlte research and methods 14 boys in the age of 7-9 took part in the experiment. This group got through four month lasting moving program focused on improvement of the feet function. The entrance and final testing included kinesiology analysis, clinic and instrument examining and feet contact surface scanning. The medial measuring system Footscan was used for taking measurements and results data, which provided the necessary level of objectivity for the evaluation of the effect of exercises. I used the instrument Footscan® by RSscan International from Belgium and the scanning desk, size 400x500 mm interface Footscan® 2D box-a software Footscan® Single Step. Hypotheses of the work 1. Title of thesis: Rehabilitation and Sports folowing preparation after arthroscopic LCA reconstruction surgery by active athletes. Objective: The aim of this work is based on the latest pomatků medicine, physiotherapy and sports training to describe the structure of rehabilitation and training of athletes after arthroscopic Assisted operations of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee kloubu.a compiled on the basis these pomatků methodology, covering the process from the initiation of outpatient rehabilitation after transition a full athletic performance. This methodology will be demonstrated on the selection of exercises using photodocumentation. Method: Evaluation or evaluation of the effectiveness of the ongoing rehabilitation program in rehabilitative care after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Název práce Vliv vertebrogenního algického syndromu na kvalitu života nemocných. Název práce v angličtině Chronic vertebral painful syndrom its influences on life quality ofthe sick people. Cíl práce: Postihnout medicínské i psychosociální aspekty vertebrogenních poruch a zkoumatjejich vliv na zdraví a kvalitu života takto nemocných. Metody: Výzkumným záměrem mé práce bude zhodnotit stupeň kvality života nemocných s chronickým vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Provedu sociologický výzkum. Pro posouzení a hodnocení kvality života cílových osob zvolím jako základní výzkumnou techniku metodu HRQOL(Health Related Quality of Life)- Kvalita života podmíněná zdravím. Nástrojem ke zjišťování HRQOL bude standardizovaná verze dotazníku SF- 36. Získané výsledky porovnám se standardy oxfordské pracovní skupiny (Oxford Healthy Life Study), tedy se skupinou zdravých jedinců. Stejný postup aplikuji pro podskupinu mužů a žen a následně i pro komparaci obou podskupin vzájemně. Pro postihnutí aspektů a zhodnocení příčin vedoucích k invaliditě zvolím sekundární analýzu dat. Studiem zdravotnické dokumentace ·pacientů s chronickým vertebrogenním algickým syndromem získám informace o pracovní neschopnosti, zaměstnání, vzdělání, částečné a úplné invaliditě a o nezaměstnanosti. Metoda: Dotazníkové šetření ve 120 rodinách s dětmi se speciálními potřebami ve stáří dětí od 1 do 26 let, které nejsou umístěny v žádném zařízení sociální péče s dlouhodobým pobytem. Dotazník byl v průběhu března 2006 distribuován v zařízeních pro zdravotně postižené a občanských sdruženích.
