Web Content Management Systems

This thesis is trying to map the history of the Internet until we meet the web content management systems. Those systems are compared with a few simple criteria. In the thesis, there is also in details described the CMS system Wordpress. Based on this description, a practical installation of this system is made. The aim of this thesis is to create a fully functional web presentation of an elementary school and describe the steps, leading to this goal.

The current situation in the web browser market is presented, along with the description of individual web browsers. It includes explanations of some of the important terms, as well as the view of the situation concerning the usage of mobile devices in relation to web browsers. The thesis also shows a comparison of web browsers and an evaluation of a questionnaire.

The goal of thesis, The basic registers of public administration, is to describe situation in the area of basic registers in the Czech Republic. The paper is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the introduction into the current issues of registers. Further part captures present-day conditions of main eGovernment projects in the Czech Republic. The third part describes the implementation and legislation of the new concept of four basic registers, important concepts and their relations to the issues of basic registers and also four new basic registers of public administration. The paper establishes examples of work with the registers and in the conclusion there is a simple SWOT analysis of the basic registers.

Displacement Interferometry in Passive Fabry-Perot Cavity

We present techniques oriented to improvement of precision in incremental interferometric measurements of displacements over a limited range where the atmospheric wavelength of the coherent laser source is either directly stabilized to a mechanical reference or is corrected to fit to the reference. This may represent a reduction of uncertainty linking the laser wavelength not to indirectly evaluated refractive index but to the setup mechanics which cannot be completely eliminated. Here we suggest an approach where the traditional interferometers are replaced by a passive Fabry-Perot cavity with position sensing using an intracavity transparent photodetector.

"The cousine" of Sisi. Her Royal Highness, countess Elvira of Wrbna-Kounic, born princess of Bayern

Annotation ?The Cousine? of Sisi. Her Royal Highness, countess Elvira of Wrbna-Kounic, born princesse of Bayern is an attempt to set a biography of high Austrain-Czech aristocracy member and last but not least the full member of an European royal dynasty in ?long? nineteen century. Chosen biographic method surveys the counttess´life from her birth till her death thus in time limited by the yaears 1868 untill 1943. In the interspace then it proceeds the tribute to the life-style of and growing up princess of the autonomous royal dynasty of Bavarian Wittelsbachers, lastly married imperial countess of Wrbna-Kounic with the princely dignity in Bavarian cultural milieu and the relative of the Austrian-Hungarian emperor. Social history of noble tops in the second half of the nineteen and the first half of the twentieth century in the thesis has not continued being untouched particularly regarding to the princess´strategically maintained and built ties to one of the most influential women of Austrian-Hungarian and Bavarian court in the observed period 1880 till 1914 ? aunt Adelgunde, the duchess of Modena, Massa and Carrara. With an exceptional permitting of the permanent head of the house of Wittelsbacher, His Royal Highness prince Francis of Wittelsbacher, the sources from the Secret House archive of Wittelsbacher were utilized together with the fragmental korrespondence discovered at the State chatteau in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou and integrated with relevant bibliography into the thesis divided into the following content structure. On the basis of the biographic method the introducting chapter, of which the goal was to provide the space for the review and the outline of the actual phase of some concerning historiography aspects, affronts not only the sources and bibliography. However the role of a historian´s work in relation to the creation of a biography contains the most important part. From that point it is passed fluently to he second chapter approachich the princess´ birth into the cultural surroundig of the Bavarian royal family characterized by the cultura nunaces of it´s dynastically equal-breeded milieu in order to be changed by the capter focused on the princess´dynastically unequal-breeded marriage. There Elvira, just as the countess of Wrbna-Kounic, was presented in the contrast with the courtly society of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Thereat the lifestyle and everyday life of aristocracy before and after 1918 turned in. Tendencies to keep the accustomed life-style were the object of interest in the next chapter, which was defined by the departure from the main ancestral residence in Holešov to Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, whereas after the father´s death and the ancestral male continuator, the reason of the eldest son´s unequal alinace can be reckonned. The summary of observation took place traditionally at the end of the thesis and the content of illustrations in enclosure with the citation of the sources and bibliography were followed.

Security and protection of the data on Faculty of Management VSE

The bachelor thesis describes the possible threats that may jeopardise the data of the common user. It describes the threats in the form of the unwanted software, targeted attack or as result of natural disaster. At the same time it describes how user may protect his data against lost and these above mentioned threats. In other chapters the thesis concerns about the riskiness of the behavior of the user and way of software and hardware protection of data on the Faculty of Management of VŠE. Based on information obtained by these tests the thesis defines the main security gaps in system of the Faculty of Management.

This work has furthermore analyed rationality of the corruption through his utility and strategic decisions in game theory. Finally the legislative intentions of the future government and its evaluetion of the non-profit organization are taken into account.

Virtual Worlds

The bachelor's thesis is focused on highlighting the development of virtual worlds. The paper summarizes the evolution of virtual reality. Current virtual worlds are compared in fundamental aspects, such as sociology, economics and education. Social sphere describes the interaction in virtual reality and its specialities. Economical sphere is focused on comparison of real and virtual economies, including their economic indicators. Educational sphere describes the sciences, which are best useable in virtual reality. In each category is compared the Second Life and the largest MMORPG today. Further are monitored possibilities of virtual reality for academic purposes, particularly for economic education. It is also evaluated using the general suitability of virtual worlds for teaching and specialized economic simulators on the other hand.

At the same time, this work gives information about the development, technical parameters and benefits of one of the most significant technologies of this company, the PDF format, a familiar subject of every ordinary computer user.
