Processing and Storing of IoT Data with Focus on LoRA Sensor Networks

This Bachelor's thesis deals with developing a web application designed to add LoRa devices to the LoRaWAN network. The application meets the requirements of progressive web applications, which allow the application to be portable and yet to behave like a native application. Devices are added to The Thing Stack cloud platform, which serves as the LoRaWAN network server. The application was developed in TypeScript in the Angular environment. This work aims to increase the efficiency and speed of registering devices to the network and reduce the difficulty of the process. Work was accomplished in cooperation with the company Logimic.

Zpracování a ukládání IoT dat do relační databáze s využitím cloudových služeb

Chytrá města a systémy pro jejich správu neustále generují velké množství dat, která je nutné zpracovávat a ukládat. Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit nástroj, který vývojářům systému pro správu chytrých měst umožní simulovat vliv tohoto množství dat na jejich systém a především na databázový server. Díky tomu budou moci přizpůsobit používanou cloudovou infrastrukturu předpokládané zátěži ještě před ostrým nasazením. Nástroj je vyvinut v jazyce Python jako soubor komponent, které umožňují škálovatelné zátěžové testování z mnoha míst současně. Během testování nástroj sbírá data o jeho průběhu a o provozu databáze PostgreSQL, díky kterým lze pozorovat vliv zatížení na testovaný systém. Průběh testování uživatel řídí a monitoruje pomocí integrovaného webového rozhraní, které navíc vizualizuje průběžně nasbíraná data v podobě grafů. Nástroj vznikl ve spolupráci s firmou Logimic, s.r.o., na míru jejich systému pro správu chytrých měst.

Mobile Chat for Communication between the Athlete and the Coach

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a mobile application for Android, that serves to facilitate work of coaches to communicate with their athletes and clients. It is a mobile chat with which coaches are able to provide adequate feedback to their athletes during training. Beginners in area of exercising are able to better understand how to perform each exercise and how they can minimize mistakes during exercising. The application also provides them to store data about their trainings, so they have all the necessary informations in one place, where they can be found very easily.

Zvýšení použitelnosti knihovny Geovisto

Tato práce se věnuje vylepšení uživatelského rozhraní knihovny Geovisto pro vizualizaci geografických dat. Toho je dosaženo identifikováním problémů pomocí uživatelského testování a návrhu jejich řešení. Tato řešení byly implementovány a jejich přínos byl ověřen druhým uživatelským testováním. Výsledkem práce je rozšíření knihovny o legendy, jednotky u číselných hodnot a nástroj pro vizualizaci metadat, která zlepšují uživatelskou zkušenost při práci s knihovnou. Dalším výsledkem je také samostatná webová prezentace knihovny, jejích nástrojů a data miner.

Mobile Application for Management of IoT Devices

The main goal of this thesis is the creation of Angular modules for the system of Logimic company. These modules represent the elements of the system's mobile user interface and aim to provide an improved user experience in terms of the system's interface and usability. The system provides an overview of sensor states with the ability to easily send service requests. In this thesis I have analyzed the system's current state and proposed suggestions for improvements. The implementation of these improvements were done by using Angular framework and PrimeNG library. The thesis also contains the testing and integration of these modules into the current system of Logimic company.

Web Document Annotator

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare of tools for annotation of web documents and create module for experimental tool FitLayout, which implements required functionality for annotation. Solution was developed with the progressive framework Vue.js and with knowledge obtained by comparison of existing annotation tools. The output of the work is new stand-alone component and other component with added functionality in FitLayout application. The result of the work is the web application module for creating new areas in documents and adjusted module for managing comments and tags.

Web Interface for RDF Storage Browsing

The aim of this thesis is to create a web interface for browsing the RDF storage, where the user will be able to manipulate its content. Within the storage, he will be able to create and delete repositories, add and delete repository content, view and interact with repository content, and also perform SPARQL queries within the repository. The client part of the application is written in Javascript using the Vue framework. The RDF4J server, which is deployed on the Apache Tomcat service, is used for the server part. Communication between the server and the client is secured using the RDF4J REST API. The resulting application allows to interactively and easily browse the content of the RDF storage.

System for Managing and Paying Invoices

This work aims to simplify the process of paying invoices and also reduce the need to send them in paper form. The system includes the ability to enter invoices from companies, the interface for their display, and the use of the PSD2 directive for their payment. The core of the system is implemented in Python, using the Falcon framework to create the REST API. The necessary data is stored in a database created in PostgreSQL using SQLAlchemy. The client-side is created as a web application, using the usual tools HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the React framework. The submitter of this assignment is the Payment Institution Roger a.s., which has a license to use PSD2 payments.

Webová grafická vizualizace hierarchických geografických dat

Cílem této práce je vytvořit nástroj, který umožní využít při vytváření webových geografických vizualizací, hierarchických vztahů mezi geografickými objekty. A to například formou rozpadnutí či shlukování různých administrativních celků, jako jsou okresy nebo kraje, na základě přiblížení mapového podkladu. Uživateli tím poskytne další možnosti pro vytváření efektivnějších geografických vizualizací, které mohou zobrazované jevy ukázat v jiných úhlech pohledu. Nástroj také poskytne uživatelské prostředí pro stahování datové reprezentace geografických objektů pomocí API a umožní agregaci dat podle jednotlivých úrovní hierarchie. Tento nástroj je volitelnou součástí aplikace Geovisto, která poskytuje prostředky pro vizualizaci generických dat v prostředí webových prohlížečů na různých tématických mapách.

Komplexní on-line tréninkový deník

Cílem této diplomové práce bylo navrhnout a posléze vytvořit on-line tréninkový deník pro sportovce. Nejprve proběhlo ujasnění některých klíčových pojmů týkajících se daného tématu včetně celé oblasti dolování dat a jeho využití. Poté bylo nutné zanalyzovat stávající řešení na poli sportovních aplikací, zvážit požadavky potenciálních uživatelů a v neposlední řadě celý systém navrhnout, implementovat a otestovat. Pro analýzu sportovních dat a záznamů aktivit určenou jak pro jednotlivé atlety, tak pro jejich trenéry na úrovni týmů byly použity nejrůznější metody dolování dat.
