General public awareness of organ donation

This work consists of the theoretical and the practical part. Historical aspects of human organ transplants are mentioned in the theoretical part. Management of organ harvesting and transplantation with relevant legislative issuees are described and full list of the transplant centers in the Czech republic is addend. Extensive ethical aspects of human organ transplants and religion attitude to organ donation are mentioned. Brain death is defined and described from the patophysiological point of view. In practical part, my work presents a general public opinion and awareness of human transplants and organ donations. In studied population, my work tried to find out a relationship between the educational level of the respondents and thein opinion and awareness of human transplants. In conclussion, some suggestions how to improve a general public education are mentioned.

Detached House with an estab

The aim of my bachelor´s work was a project of a new family house with a geodetic office in the land register of Senica in the housing development. The object is a two storey building that is partially with basement. It has a basement, first and second floor. There is a garage as a part of the house. The family house is designed to suit a 4 -6 member family. The garage is designed for two cars. The office is suitable for two employees. The main entrance of the building is situated to the west.

Robotic Table Football

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of robotic table football with the realization of the construction and control a single axis of table football. In introduction are described previously developed solutions. Next chapters contain a selection of specific gaming table and specification of linear, rotary motor. There are presented design visions with the placement of selected component together with proposal location of sensor system for ball detection. In the end of design section is specification and solution of placement safety features. The programming part of the thesis involves the implementation of a communication interface for data processing from the control algorithm of robotic table football.

Quality of Service Ensurence in Data-Networks

The thesis deals with the issue of ensuring the Quality of Service (QoS) in data networks. The first part is theoretical, where is described QoS technology and her mechanisms. At the end of the theoretical part, possible queuing systems are shortly presented. The second part of the thesis deals with the design and implementation of a laboratory exercise with the aim of proving theoretical knowledge and evaluating the suitability of a certain queuing system according to the provided services.

Ball Sorting Manipulator Driven by PLC

This thesis deals with using PLC (Programmable Logic Controler) for sorting colored balls using the color sensor. Theoretical part also describes principle of operation elements ball-sorting manipulator and presents the types of programming languages. Practical part describes the construction of the mechanism created in software Autodesk Inventor and solution of the electronic compoments, circuits. Finally, introduces the reader programming in ANSI C and the software Bernecker&Rainer Automation Studio.

Diffusion of galium in polycrystalline Ni3Ga

The diffusion of 67Ga radiotracer in polycrystals of Ni3Ga intermetallic was studied by residual activity method. Both volume- and grain boundary diffusivity was investigated and quantitatively described. Obtained diffusivites of Ga in Ni3Ga lattice show the increasing dependence on increasing Ga concentration.

Creep of intermetallic alloy TiAl at very low strain rates

Intermetallic alloys are very advanced materials for high-temperature applications. There are series of attractive properties exceed coventional up to now used creep resistance steels. The creep behaviour of TiAl alloy was investigated under an applied stress lower than 100 MPa at temperatures 700-850 °C. The strain rate was lower than 10-9 s-1 under testing conditions, which have importance for technical applications. In relation to results, the creep behavior of intermetallic alloy TiAl shows a transition to a mechanism with low stress exponent in the range of minimum strain rates, similar to creep resistance steels with evidence change of deformation mechanism under strain rate 10-10 s-1 . However, this transition in TiAl alloys is not as clear as in creep resistant steels.
