Personnel education in the Prague city hall

For my bachelor thesis I have chosen the theme of "Education of employees at the Prague city hall." The main reason was that I am myself an employee of this institution. Therefore I was able to use for my work various internal materials, as well as to draw from my own experience. The text concentrates on the actual situation in the field of education and its forms in this institution. However, education of employees at the Prague city hall si not very developed area, therefore I focused also on other fileds in context. The text is devided into three major chapters - basic terminology, motivaiton and lifelong education.

Finanční analýza společnosti Skanska CZ, a.s.

Cílem této práce je zhodnotit fungování firmy v letech 2004-2006 a zjistit v jaké finanční situaci se společnost Skanska nachází. Budu se snažit vypracovat finanční analýzu, která by měla posloužit ke zhodnocení toho, zda je podnik dostatečně likvidní a rentabilní, zda se nejedná o podnik zadlužený a zda je společnost stejně kvalitní a finančně zdravá jako působí navenek . Tato finanční analýza je určena zejména pro interní uživatele, konkrétně pro vyšší management podniku.
