Development of Communication Mix of Company
Košnarová, Magdaléna ; Kudláček, Josef (referee) ; Zich, Robert (advisor)
This batchelor´s thesis deals with composition of marketing sales support proposition for company Auto RS, v. o. s., which specialises in car parts sales for all the types of vehicles, distribution of accessories and distribution of LPG fuel. Composition of this proposition will be based on analysis of the company and competition in area of marketing support. The aim of this proposition is to strengthen the ability to compete and to gain more regular customers than up until now.
Evaluation of Technical and Economic Parameters for the Expansion of Electronic Toll Collection in the Czech Republic
Svatoš, Ivo ; Kudláček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Libertín, Josef (advisor)
The work evaluated on the basis of commonly available data some of the implications of collection toll of highway D1 and D5. It focuses on identifying potential alternative routes by using statistics of national traffic census. On these routes it evaluates the changes of traffic safety, which can show the change of traffic intensity of trucks. Next part evaluates potential economic benefits of bypassing toll routes. In the end it notes possible scenarios of impacts extended toll zones to the above fact findings.
Czech church duringthe reign of Premysl Otakar I.
Kudláček, Jaroslav ; Hrdlička, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Veverková, Kamila (referee)
This work deals with the person and period of Přemysl Otakar I and above all with the Bohemian church, which at this time was fighting for its independence. I attempt here to describe Přemysl's achievement of a great success in the form of the Golden Bull of Sicily. I also address the ecclesiastical struggle that Bishop Ondřej conducted with the king. This whole struggle between church and state culminated in great privileges issued to the church by Přemysl Otakar I. In this work I describe both these successes, ecclesiastical and statebuilding. I approach this struggle from the position of the church and from the position of the state and in conclusion I summarise the impact the result of this struggle had on the Bohemian church. Hippocampal coding of positions of inaccessible objects
Hrůzová, Karolína ; Stuchlík, Aleš (advisor) ; Kudláček, Jan (referee)
The survival of the animals depends on their ability to memorize locations and to use behavioral spatial navigation strategies. The crucial structure for this type of behavior and memory is the hippocampus, by its ability to create a cognitive map. In this structure, there are specialized pyramidal cell called place cells. They respond by their complex firing pattern to specific animal's location in the environment. Even though many studies have investigated the role of hippocampal pyramidal cells in spatial navigation and object position discrimination, their function during inaccessible object position discrimination is not yet clarified. In our experiment, rats were trained in a behavioral task to discriminate between rewarded and nor- rewarded positions of object located in an inaccessible space. We investigated the role of individual hippocampal cells during this task by single neuron electrophysiology. The first aim of this study was to decide which of two configurations of objects presented on a computer screen during spatial object discrimination task rats can discriminate easily. The second aim is to show whether and how information about the position of inaccessible objects is represented in the hippocampus using single-neuron electrophysiology. We found out, that animals did not reach...

EMG study: Nordic hamstring exercises vs. isometric training
Kudláček, Jiří ; Slabý, Kryštof (advisor) ; Pokorný, Jan (referee)
Bibliographical record: KUDLÁČEK, Jiří. EMG study: Nordic hamstring exercises vs. isometric training. Prague: Charles Univerzity, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, 2020, 79p. Supervisor MUDr. Kryštof Slabý. Abstract This thesis is an EMG study, which examines an electric activity of knee flexors and m. quadriceps femoris during 3 types of exercises: Nordic hamstring exercise, single leg sliding leg curl, and isometric contraction. The theoretical part summarizes anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology of the musculoskeletal system, as well as the principle of surface EMG. In the experimental part, the EMG study was conducted on 20 healthy individuals aged 20 to 30 years-old. Each patient underwent an applied kinesiology procedure and subsequently went through an 16 channel surface EMG technique. The aim of this work is to compare the maximal and average value of the EMG amplitude of particular muscles during each exercise. While providing Nordic hamstring exercise and single leg slide, the light was shed on a question of whether there is a statistically significant difference between activation of m. biceps femoris and m. semitendinosus in terms of EMG values. The following phase of the thesis scrutinized the timing of hamstring muscles during Nordic hamstring...
Vliv původu a strategie chovu lososovitých ryb na dosahované produkční parametry
Kudláček, Josef
Selection of adequate genetic material and the right breeding strategy are some of the basic factors affecting success of salmonid fish breeding. The study is focused on a comparison of several populations of rainbow trout with different origin and breeding strategies. Data from reports of The Czech Fish Farmers Association and Diplomas Thesis related to given issue were used. Growth rates, survival and yield were the main criteria for evaluation. In the first part, data from several years monitoring of trout breeding at Annín were processed. At Annín was observed the influence of artificial selection on production parameters of rainbow trout line Pd75. Results show that selected populations reached 8.64 % of average selection profit. At the second part, data from five-year monitoring at Velká Losenice were analysed. Two populations of rainbow trout (PdMar93 a PdM) were compared. The obtained results showed better growth and 4 % higher yield in case of PdMar93. At the third part, focus was on comparison among different strategies of fish breeding in the Czech Republic. According to results suitably selected feed and climate conditions showed high influence. In some cases, significant influence of chosen species for breeding was detected. The best parameters achieved hybrids of Salvelinus compared to rainbow trout. Suitable chosen genetic material and breeding strategy can highly affect production parameters of farmed fish, consequently and economy of farming.
Využití komponentů a krmiv rostlinného původu ve výživě kapra obecného (Cyprinus carpio L.).
Kudláček, Josef
The aim of this thesis was to compare the effects of feed mixtures with different share of selected plant components on common carp (Cyprinus carpio L.). Two feed tests were conducted in recirculation aquaculture system, in tanks with a volume of 160 l. The tests were conducted in two repetitions and lasted for 64 - 65 days. The feed ratio was 2% of the fish stock weight. For the first test 6 feed variants were prepared. A complete feed mixture for carp (KP1 Plus 15%) was chosen for the control and also as the base for other experimental feed mixtures. The following variants were prepared: feed mixtures with the addition of pea 15%, soybean 15%, lupine 15%, 30% and 45%. The resulting effect was similar for all feeds. Soybean 15% feed achieved the best results (FCR 2.47, SGR 0,71 %.d-1, RGR 50,14 %). Lupine feeds showed worse production parameter levels, whencompared tothe control. From an economic point of view, the mostcost effectivefeed was lupine 45% (FCR 2,67, SGR 0,66 %.d-1 RGR 46,64 %). For the second test 4 feed variants were prepared. The control and base for experimental feed mixtures was the same as in the first test (KP1 Plus 15%). The following feed variants were used: lupine 20%, 45% and 70%. Feed variant with 45% lupine achieved the best results (FCR 2,23, SGR 0,79 % .d-1, RGR 56,75 %) ,followed by lupine 70% (FCR 2,24, SGR 0,78 %. d-1, RGR 56,91 %), therefore, lupine feeds have achieved better production and economic parameters, when compared to the control.
