Detection of microplastics in the environment

This bachelor thesis is focused on microplastics as small fragments of plastics which represent a burden for the environment and can be probably dangerous for living organisms including mankind. Serious health consequences caused by a long term exposition of the microplastics to organisms have been demonstrated in the recent years. It has been proven that the level of harm increases with ability to adsorb toxic substances on their surface. Primarily, it is necessary to eliminate entrance of these microparticles into the ecosystem and therefore this thesis describes routes of microplastic inputs into the environment. The microplastics occur in all levels of the environment, that represent various environmental matrices with different conditions, that must be considered for successful separation and subsequent analysis of samples. This thesis provides summarization of currently used analytical methods including their advantages and comparisons. The most frequently used techniques of separation are based on the principle of density flotation. Further identification of fragments is performed using microscopy, spectroscopy or gas chromatography. Czech Language and Literature: School Instruction with Multi-media

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues of using multimedia in teaching the Czech language and literature on the second degree of elementary school. It will be consisted of theoretical and of practical part. The theoretical part will offer overview options of using multimedia in teaching in elementary school as interactive learning resources, an internet usage or software learning resources. The related empirical part will be based on the detected options of using multimedia in elementary school. The survey will be conducted by visiting elementary schools with using the questionnaire method from students and also from teachers. The aim of this method is will be finding the level of using multimedia in teaching the Czech language and literature. The conclusion of the thesis should bring a comprehensive view of using multimedia in the Czech language and literature on the second degree of elementary school. The thesis should contribute to improving this situation in the future.

Sousedská práva 80 Resumé Legal relations between neighbours and their protection The legal relations between neighbours and outgoing rights and obligations, are the important part of human relations, which are existing between men from the beginning of evolution of the human society, as well as legal relations between neighbours are the relevant part of the legal orders of each individual state. In the Czech Republic nowadays, the legal relations between neighbours are stated in the act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code and it has the unfungible place in our legal order. The legal relations between neighbours belong into the area of the jura in re and they are connected with the problems of the property right. They represent one of the areas of the legal restrictions of propriety, which are necessary to respect in the interest of the same rights of the neighbouring proprietor. If the proprietor wants to exercise his powers, he has to suffer some of the restrictions of his powers, for the benefit of the same powers of the neighbouring proprietor, in the legal frame. Havlíčkův Brod a okolí - marketingová analýza

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá okresem Havlíčkův Brod z hlediska atraktivity pro cestovní ruch. Hlavním cílem této práce je popsat současný stav regionu, odhalit jeho silné a slabé stránky a v závislosti na nich formulovat doporučení pro zlepšení situace regionu na trhu cestovního ruchu. Hlavními zdroji dat pro tuto práci byly propagační materiály kraje Vysočina a jednotlivých obcí, jejich webové prezentace a v neposlední řadě i zaměstnanci informačních center a odborů cestovního ruchu. V práci jsou stručně popsány základní charakteristiky regionu (geografie, morfologie, historie), turistické atraktivity historické, přírodní i kulturní, stav materiálně-technické základny a statistiky cestovního ruchu. Součástí práce je i analýza propagačních materiálů a webových prezentací kraje a obcí a SWOT analýza. V závěru práce jsou poznatky shrnuty a jsou zde formulována doporučení pro zlepšení situace regionu na trhu cestovního ruchu.

Irská republika a její postavení ve světové ekonomice

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením Irské republiky ve světové ekonomice s důrazem na irský hospodářský vzestup v 90. letech 20. století. Hlavním cílem této práce je podat obraz o Irské republice jako samostatném státu i jako součásti Evropské unie, potažmo světové ekonomiky. Hlavní metodou při zpracování této práce je analýza statistických dat. Hlavními zdroji dat jsou Central Statistics Office Ireland a Eurostat. Práce se zabývá nejen základními ekonomickými ukazateli (HDP, trh práce, inflace, zahraniční obchod, veřejné finance), ale i dalšími kritérii ? přímými zahraničními investicemi, dalšími faktory hospodářského vzestupu Irska a cestovním ruchem. Součástí práce je i srovnání ekonomických a dalších ukazatelů v rámci Evropské unie a krátké shrnutí postavení Irské republiky ve světové ekonomice. Diplomová práce je tedy rozdělena na 3 tématické oddíly ? Irská republika jako samostatný stát, postavení Irska v Evropské unii a postavení Irska ve světové ekonomice. V závěru práce jsou získané poznatky shrnuty a zhodnoceny.
