It presents information about registered vaccines on the market. The aim of this study is to determine women and girls awareness of vaccination against cervical cancer, and their willingness to be vaccinated. Determine view - gynecologist vaccination against cervical cancer. Main findings: Vaccination against cervical cancer is already included in the vaccination calendar. Not an obligatory vaccination but only as recommended vaccinations for girls between 13 and 14 years. Conclusion: The diploma paper indicates the general awareness of the causative agent, transfer options and the prevention of cervical cancer among girls. The study found that most doctors inform girls and women about the possibility to be vaccinated. Doctors would recommend vaccination for men too. Most mothers are trying to have regular preventive examinations. The study found that most mothers are going to vaccinate their daughters, but they would not get vaccinated. Searching for Today's Education

The thesis "Searching for today's education" deals with a dynamic relationship between contemporary postmodern society and school institution, which is the heritage of modern period. This relationship is conceived in two different ways: theoretically by the approach of postmodern philosophy (represented here by the interpretation of works by Jean-Francois Lyotard, Michel Foucault, Jacques Derrida and Roland Barthes) and practically by the evaluation of high-school seminar Understanding contemporary situation that has been held for last year students of a grammar school in Prague. After the introduction and overview of past discussion on this topic the analysis of three basic values of modern school on the concept of indoctrination and neutrality were offered. Those values are education for the truth, education for the freedom and civic education. At the same time a certain tension between the truth and freedom on one hand and the civic education on the other hand occurs. In the next chapter I try to characterize contemporary society by plurality (de/legitimisation, fragmentarisation), relativising relationship to the reality (virtualisation, technologisation, medialisation), and problematising of the subject (problem of identity and marginalisation). Author: Veronika Horáčková Title: Molecular diagnosis of viral hepatitis C - personal experience from routine laboratory Bachler work Field of study: Medical laboratory technician, combined study form The aim of the study: Introduction to the issues concerning the viral Hepatitis C with an emphasis on the laboratory diagnostics thereof. Statistical processing of the Hepatitis C virus genotype analysis results. Material and methods: In the period of 1 July 2005 - 30 June 2012, the Hepatitis C virus genotype analysis was performed in respect of 2 185 samples at the division of molecular biological diagnostics of the serology laboratory of the Institute of Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics of the General Faculty Hospital and the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, using the reverse hybridization method. The testing results were statistically processed. Results: Of the set of 2 185 samples, 1 372 (62,8 %) originated from males and 813 (37,2 %) from females, with the average age of patients included in the set being 36,7 years. The majority of requests for the HCV genotype analysis originated from specialists in Prague (91,0 %). The problem of the stress in the head of the hip joint endoprosthesis is solved by FEM. These shape variants of the contact areas were taken into account: accurate variant, deviation from the nominal conicalness, no roundness contact surfaces (modelling by the help of elliptically shaped), indirectness of contact surfaces, combination of no roundness and conicalness. The maximum of the first principal stress in the ceramic head decreases with the increasing of the angle of the loading. Deflections of the type no roundness create the highest values of maximum stresses in the head.
