The subject of this Master thesis is the topic of marketing strategy in the tourism industry. This document analyzes the marketing strategy of hotel operation within market environment which is providing accommodation and catering services. The first part of the theses, is literary research is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of marketing in general and more specifically, the specifics of marketing strategy within hotel environment. The gained knowledge is applied to subject of the hotel within Olomouc Region, which is the NH Olomouc Collection Congress hotel. Subsequently, the thesis presents an analysis of the strategy itself and its individual parts. The conclusion is devoted to the presentation of proposals for selected company and its marketing strategies which primarily serve as fundamentals for company management and shall contribute to the improvement of hotel services and ultimately to achieve the coveted economic indicators.

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.

On the basis of suitable methods was followed and evaluated actual posture of marketing literacy in legal office. Result of practical analyses was definition of barriers, handicaps, reserves and opportunities at marketing utilization in legal office. Theoretical part features information about marketing in service sektor, shows in legal profession domain and gets acquainted with used methods. Practical part analyses contemporary state in legal office. By means of suitable methods is drafted the measure, how to eliminate barriers, handicaps and reserves and to take advantage of opportunities.
