Analysis of the personnel activities in the processing plant of HP-Pelzer, Ltd. in Žatec

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the personnel activities in the processing plant of HP-Pelzer, Ltd. in Žatec which is engaged in production of automotive components -- interior equipment. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents the definition of basic concepts and summarizes the essential basis of personnel work and personnel activities. The practical part analyzes the system, policies and procedures carried out by personnel activities -- staff planning, recruitment and employees' selection, adaptation of employees, performance management and evaluation of employees, rewarding and employee training -- in the company. The thesis is focused on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of personnel activities, giving examples of good practice or determining appropriate measures to improve the current situation.
Analysis of personnel management

The target of this work is to analyze the personal activities (staff planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, adaptation, evaluation and reward employees, subsequent training, analysis care for employees, working conditions and human resource information system) in Patria Kobylí, and compare it with theory and used procedure, determine strengths and weaknesses individual personnel activities, as the case may be propose suitable measures to improve the current situation. Bachelor thesis is based on technical literature, interviews with employees and in-house documentation.

Bachelor thesis is aimed to describe the recruitment and selection of staff using information technologies. The work is divided into three units which follow each other. The first section analyzes the approaches and methods used in the selection process. The second part refers to the electronic resources that are helpful in getting professionally specialized staff. The third part analyzes the labor social networks most used both in the Czech Republic and also abroad. The aim is to assess the benefits of these technologies, or define their disadvantages. In conclusion, the author tries to compare job portals on the basis of services provided through individual accounts in theirs price ranges.

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is an analysis of personnel management in the company KOVOLIS HEDVIKOV a.s., wich is engaged in casting of aluminium alloys for automotive industry. The theoretical part defines the role of personnel management and content of basic personnel activities in the company. The practical part analyzes the planning, recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, assessment, training and development of employees in selected companies, compares the actual situation with theoretical and proposes appropriate measures to improve the current situation and increase the efficiency of personnel activities in the company.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the Litvínov Municipal Office recruitment. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part determines the parts of the recruitment process, such as acquisition, selection, recruiting and adaptation of employees. The practical part compares theoretical knowledge with methods applied at Litvínov Municipal Office, evaluates their advantages and disadvantages, and suggests alternative or more convenient methods of job vacancy filling.
The impact of migration on labour market in the Czech Republic

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the issue of migration and its main reasons, including its impacts on labour market in the Czech Republic. It attempts to deal with the question whether the foreign labour forces are gain or loss for the Czech Republic and if their presence can help solve some of the problems that are related to the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is devided in three parts. The first part is theoretical perspective, deal with the basic terms and selected theories of migration. The second part examines the issue of migration in the Czech Republic and the third part focuses on the Vietnamese community, which is the third largest ethnic group in this country. Based on the result of the survey, this thesis will be able to provide the mapping of current situation of Vietnamese's workers in the Czech labour market, their position and influences.
Lecture as a Method of Teaching in Tertiary Education

Lecture is the traditional method of teaching at universities. The aim of this work is to define critical success factors of lectures as a teaching method in terms of the University of Economics in Prague and to suggest measures to make them more effective. The theoretical part is based on the literature and defines the philosophy, history and present of education, the current state of education in higher education and the concept of lectures and other teaching methods at universities. The practical part explores the conditions of lectures at the University of Economics in Prague and summarizes the results of a survey conducted among selected students and interviews with academics of the Faculty of Business Administration.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the employee education system at the department of management of the European Social Fund at the Ministry of labour and social affairs, to compare the applied education system with the theoretical approaches of the systematic employee education and to propose measures to improve this system in the department. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the concept and the area of the employee education, includes the description of the process of the systematic employee education and characterizes methods of the employee education. The practical part introduces the Ministry of labour and social affairs as a central body of state administration and analyzes the employee education system at the department of management of the European Social Fund in order to compare this system with the concept of the systematic employee education and to suggest improvement of the existing system.

This diploma thesis deals with the process of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation of employees in the R3 group organization. As a small business, the thesis contains even specifics of this kind of business and associated differences in personnel work. The thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part selected personnel activities are characterized whose knowledge forms the theoretical basis for the practical part. The second part is focused on the exploration of contemporary set of processes of recruitment, selection, hiring and adaptation in R3 group organization. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current system of leading to the improvement of the process.
